If I could give negative stars, I would. This doctor is an awful person. When I first went there, I was impressed. She did a whole checkup, including doing an EKG. Which was awesome- until a man walked into the room, while Im sitting there in only my bra. The man just said "Oops, sorry." and walked out. I do not believe he was a doctor as he was wearing a band t-shirt and jeans. The second shock was when she immediately began to harass me about weight loss surgery. Yes, I am fat. Yes, I need to loose weight. But to suggest surgery when you know nothing about my eating habits or bloodwork or anything? Seems a bit extreme to jump right to surgery. Every visit she would press surgery and insist I follow this ridiculous diet of hers, that she bragged she created. It was just a glorified atkins diet. Im happy to report that with my NEW doctor, Ive lost 75 pounds, with no surgery and no stupid diets! Apparently she presses her diet on EVERYONE. I know this for a fact because the walls and doors are so thin, that if you set near the room used for the exam, you can hear everything being said. Much like other complaints here, she tried to force blood pressure meds on me, too. I have extreme anxiety about doctors, so I tend to have somewhat high BP when I go. Of course its going to be a tad high! I took her stupid BP pills and stopped taking them when they started making me dizzy all the time. Then she had the nerve to chastise me for not taking them!! Again, Im happy to report that at my NEW doctors, she talks to me to calm me down and then takes my BP and SURPRISE! My BP is perfectly normal! The final straw for me with this quack was when I came in and apparently my information had somehow been switched with someone elses. The nurse was asking me if I was still taking some random medication and I had no idea what he was talking about. When I told him what medicines I was taking, he asked what dosage of one of them and I could not recall, as I had just started taking it. You think they would KNOW what dosage, considering THEY PRESCRIBED IT TO ME! But then when I talked to Dr Freilich for the last time, she began to harass me about how I needed to stop taking this antibiotic pill. I take this antibiotic for my eyes, I get eye ulcers. The cornea specialists at the eye clinic I go to told me that if I do not take this medicine to keep the eye ulcers from forming, I WILL go blind! And she wanted me to get off the antibiotic! No way! Another thing she liked to do was keep recommending me a flu and pneumonia shot, when I already had one only a month before. Even the nurses were getting exasperated with her! The staff here are absolutely WONDERFUL and as someone with a fear of needles, the people who do bloodwork are heavenly, but the doctor was a quack and not even funny. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else IMMEDIATELY!

Had a 9:15 appointment. Didnt get seen until after 10. While sitting in the waiting room I could hear one receptionist on the phone talking to my insurance company. Giving them all my personal info where everyone in the waiting room could hear, saying she didnt know how to run my insurance. They wont take any kind of card payment because "We arent set up for that", or a check. I had to leave and go get cash. The office was dusty and the chairs in the exam room were filthy/stained. Everything was old. The Dr. was really rude to me about not wanting a flu shot. Told me not to blame her when I got sick. I was there to get a prescription filled. My insurance requires me to get prescriptions through expressscripts and the receptionist told me they didnt have a fax machine and she didnt know how to email a prescription and refused to call them. I had to try and figure it out on my own. Ended up sending it to Shoprite for the first refill. Now, I just called them to get them to talk to expressscripts because the dosage on file was wrong and the receptionist told me "I dont want to call them, they should call me. If I call them I will have to sit on hold for 45min. and I wont know what options to select." Kept cutting me off and being really rude. I have never had such horrible service in any industry, but in a Dr. Office! I saw peoples personal info sitting out on desks. I heard my own info discussed. I cant believe they havent been shut down!

Worse Dr. I have ever been too. The doctor was RUDE and very unfriendly. When getting my blood pressure taken, the tech was talking to me, about what the doctor was going to do, which of course made me very nervous, so my pressure came back a little elevated. The doctor told me that I better take the blood pressure meds she was prescribing unless I wanted to die of a stroke. She also told me that I would be getting a series of shots that she felt I needed whether I wanted them or not. When I got back to the lab, the tech pulled out a tray of about 45 tubes [im not exaggerating either] and told me that she needed blood for them all. I told her good luck with that. The staff was extremely friendly and told me that they are used to patients not returning after their first visit. The Dr. was very rude to other patients as well as her staff. I NEVER went back there and I would never recommend to anyone else. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE !!!!!!!!!!

There is no way I will EVER step foot into that Doctors office again. If it wasnt for my dire need of my psych meds, I would have walked out of the office. Incompetent staff, tried to force procedures on me. told me I was fat based on my BMI. I didnt tell her exactly why my blood pressure was a little high, but she wants me to monitor it. I am sure the automatic cuff they use was out of calibration. sigh. My husband wants me to stay home today. so I am. but now, off to my real doctor for some bloodwork. This is just my experience, there were others there that appeared to like the place.

Dr Linda Freilich has been my primary care physician since 2004. I have been diagnosed with several chronic diseases and rely on over a dozen top ranking specialists to manage my ongoing health issues. Dr. Freilich is without question the best doctor I have ever had. She is brilliant, highly experienced, and persistent. Dr. Freilich continues to be the focal point of my medical care and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone.
