My wife went there for therapy for her shoulder. She is in constant pain 24X7 from arthritis and fibro mialgia. They gave her no hands on therapy, and the woman assigned to help her only barked orders at her from her desk and never offered to massage or help her perform her exercises. They handed her a piece of paper instead. She came home very upset from the way this woman, who is apparently the manager, treated her. We live Powhatan and do not recommend you go to this clinic. If the management is allowed to be this way then they dont deserve the to be in business. Find another office for your therapy. She went 2 times and was treated poorly by this same person both times. We will never go there again.

Came to office with prescription from orthopedic surgeon. K. Bailey decided that he did not agree with prescription, therefore felt it unnecessary to fulfill prescribed treatment and decided on other methods and exercises, even after I explained I only wanted the exercises on the prescription. After several complaints and phone calls I was told I would still be responsible for payment ($324) for the questionable treatment I was given in his office. Staff was unprofessional as it seems they were more interested in playing and joking around with each other than making sure the patients were getting what they needed. They have since changed their name to PIVOT.

When arriving at TWPT (Powhatan) the office staff have been welcoming and pleasant. The treatment team are knowledgeable and professional. Clearly the various individuals within TWPT work with each other regarding different clients treatment plans. Heather Vaughan, PT, DPT is the therapist that I have worked with directly. She is warm, patient and kind. She has taken my physical condition, limitations and medical diagnosis into account in the preparation of my treatment plan. The treatment that I have received has been Top Notch. I definitely recommend TWPT for anyone requiring Physical Therapy.
