I had to wait over an hour to be seen. When I asked the nurse she said there was some kind of emergency yet I called that morning to see if anyone was available to see me. Unprofessional and ridiculous. I was sweating, very faitigued and very frustrated. I finally got up and left. Ive gone to this place before and had a pleasant experience but this was just terrible. Outside I could hear the nurses and doctors so I found it strange that a doctor couldnt pop in for two minutes to see me. Never go here.

I have been going to Dr. Reed since they were over near Fair Oaks Mall. About 20 years. They will squeeze you in if you need to be seen asap. He has NEVER been rude to me. He takes the time to explain and speaks plainly and makes sure I understand before he leaves. However! His front desk seems to have a lot of employee turnover lately and it is not always for the best. His two nurses have been with him a long time and I like them both.

My husband and I have been patients of VA Medical Alliance for over 20 years. I must say I have never had a doctor as devoted as Dr. Nancy Fleurancois. She is beyond amazing. Her bedside manner is extraordinary. She cares deeply about her patients health. She takes her time and is very thorough. She makes me feel as if Im apart of her family. I used to hate going to the doctor. Now I look forward to my visits.

Best group of doctors.. Ever! They operate a team of PAs, nurses, referrals, and tech (including shots / bloodwork) so its all in the building.. Easy to work with insurance, as they are pros, and the new scheduling system makes those urgent care appointments / prescription refills super easy and convinient.

terrible location, bad management, overbook doctors schedule, patients wait 30min to 1hr sometimes to see the doctor after their appointment time, if the patient is late they are turned away. scheduling always messed up: given wrong date, wrong time. money means more then patient care to these practice.

This is a great team and a well-organized office. Doctor was thoughtful and open minded about medical treatment. I did some of my own research before my physical so I had questions and ideas about my medical health and the doc answer all my questions. My health is improved now.

I cant speak for all the doctors, but my PCP is Sarah Johns and SHE IS GREAT. She has a kind bedside manner, answers all my questions and I always leave feeling like she truly cares about me as a patient. I would recommend her to my friends and family.
