Writing this review after 4 months since my first and last visit to this doctors office as Ive been following up with them for 4 months to correct my bill. I went there for a regular preventive check-up. I clearly said regular preventive care. Since it was my first visit, they recommended some tests. I went ahead only to realize I was charged with $200 bill from the lab. On top of that some of the tests that they did had faulty results so I had to do the tests again- Again to be charged for it when they clearly said it would be backdated and covered from my initial visit. Every time I received bill from the lab I called them up and they said they are working with the lab to sort it out. But clearly they didnt as I ended up paying everything. I held off paying at the beginning but I started to receive LCA collection notice and I had to pay to avoid my credit damage. They dont pick up there phone easily. And they dont call you back to update you EVER even when you request them to. Total rip off and very POOR service. I dont recommend a visit to this doctors office. If you happen to go anyways, make sure you know what tests they recommend you since it might be completely unnecessary and you might end up bearing the cost. Good luck!!!

My whole family and a few of my friends all go to Dr. Uy! We love him. He has awesome bedside manner. I cannot understand any of these bad reviews. My mother has been a patient for about 15 yrs if not more and so have I. He is kind and really listens to what you have to say. You know sometimes the only reviews online are negative because people do not take the time to write good experiences only the negative. Let me assure you Dr. Uy is a great doctor. Very caring. I love his new office too!

Made an appointment here, showed up 20 minutes before as it was my first time and the office was no longer located where I found it on google maps. When calling to ask where the office was I was informed the office had moved locations and it was my fault for being in the wrong place as I had apparently been informed of the location when making the appointment. I was not.

I have been going to Dr. Nguyen for over a year now and continue to be impressed every time I visit. Dr. Nguyen sat down with me and explained my lab results in detail even though there were no issues. He always asks my for my opinion and works with me rather than telling me what to do. Very friendly and caring.
