If you want warm and fuzzy, look elsewhere - if you want excellent care from a knowledgeable doctor who is open to alternative medicine and evaluates a persons holistic situation - work, home life, and health - then Dr. Michael is the one you want. She does not sugar-coat things - if youre overweight, shes going to ask you why you arent exercising, and if you smoke shell encourage you to quit - but we dont pay doctors to coddle us, we pay them to heal us. Dr. Michael coordinates my care with my specialists, always sends copies of reports to them without my asking, and has treated me with respect at every turn. She IS compassionate - shes just not demonstrative or effusive. I have never waited more than 20 minutes in her waiting room - ever. I am always on time or slightly ahead. You would never see the criticisms of her made to a male doctor, in my opinion.

Last week they canceled my appointment 24 hours beforehand and never called to reschedule. When I reached back out to them to reschedule my random cancelled appointment they didnt have anything open for another month. Was ridiculous! Then when I finally got back in I waited in the waiting room for over a hour to then proceed to wait in the patient room for another 45 minutes. All just to have a percription refilled and spoke with the doctor for a total of 2 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous plus the front desk woman is absolutely disgusting rude. Acts as if Im bothering her to call the office and schedule a appointment. Then will just hang up without saying good bye or god forbid have a nice day.

Worst doctor i ever seen.very amateur n rude.treats very bad.
