Reluctantly decided to euthanize our cat due to high cost of proposed treatment and poor prognosis, paid $128 fee and agreed to Dr. Roehrs request for an autopsy. Called two days later for results of autopsy, Dr. Roehr told us he decided to try another treatment instead (one which was not offered as an option to us) and cat is alive and improving. When asked what he planned to do with cat since he didnt call to tell us he was alive, Dr. Roehr said one of his staff would adopt him or hed become an office cat. We went and brought cat home. We have a different vet now who suspects treatable thyroid disease in cat.

I would not recommend coming here. #1 They misquoted a VERY STANDARD exam for new kittens, by over $150.00. #2- We were charged and additional $75 for a 25 min appointment. They said a standard appointment is only 15 minutes, so we were charged for an additional 10 minutes, $75. the kicker is, during the additional 10 minutes a service was performed (deep ear cleaned) that we paid separatly for, so we already PAID for that time, and got charged an additional $75!!!! When I called the office to let Louis know that she misquoted me, she told me she never did and gave me attitude! Absolutely horrible experience.

Love the place. I had heard good things and they were true. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The vet, Dr. Roehr was nice and seemed to really care about my puppy. They took their time and really were helpful, gave me lots of info on how to take care of my puppy. Their prices were great, alot more affordable than most vets I priced in the area. I am recommending them to my friends and family.

We just moved to the area and was referred to Animal Care Center. They were very helpful on several occasions when we were having emergencies with our 3 pets. We were always able to get an appointment, the staff was friendly and Dr Roehr was extremely knowledgeable!

These folks are fantastic. I had an emergency with my dog on a Saturday and my regular vet was closed. I called and they told me to come right in. They were awesome at handling my nippy, fearful chihuahua. He received great care. I highly recommend them.

They have always been very loving and gentle with my Lilly. She is a Jack Russell and has had many emergencies and they have always taken her in for care. Laura at the office is great and very understanding and caring with all pets.

We had to put max down a few weeks back. We got a sympathy card from the staff and doctor and a week later a card from the SPCA stating they had made a donation in our dogs name. That is dedication.
