We recently adopted a stray puppy, and took her in for an initialvisit. The vet was very nice and professional, and gave us some more clues about her age, her history etc. They did a battery of tests, prescribed some antibiotics for her swollen lymph nodes (which fixed the issue), and let us know the next steps to take. Their prices were competitive with other veterinary hospitals, though youll always get a better price on spay and neuter with the dedicated/charity clinics. I had her vaccinated at another establishment and gave them a copy of the certificate, they had no problem adding it to their records. They refilled our prescriptions quickly, and even had a form you can submit online for that purpose. For those with skittish pets, they have a separate exit that bypasses the main lobby, so you can avoid interactions with other animals on the way out. Overall I think they will be our go-to vet from now on.

Dr Kitchens was amazing! I usually have reservations about going to the veterinarian because in my experience they always try to charge you and do unnecessary testing. NOT THIS PLACE! They actually look at your animals & care about them. So if you are in the area looking for a veterinarian to go to, I highly recommend this office. The staff is nice and polite and the doctors are wonderful. I took my dog in today she had been having some sneezing and sinus issues and I wanted to make sure she did not have an upper respiratory infection or sinus infection. She did not and they were very knowledgeable and told me what to look out for and how to treat her at home so all I had was the office fee. I will definitely be going back in the future if my dogs need anything.

Dr. Tucker has been great to us and our dog. We started using this vet less than 6 months ago and have seen significant improvements in our dog. Our dog suffers from separation anxiety and weve been struggling to find a vet in the area that understands and can treat the issue. Dr. Tucker is well educated in that area and while he is not an vet behaviorist, I was pleased to learn he works with vet behaviorists and animal behaviorists to stay on top of the latest concepts. He demonstrates that knowledge and behavior every time he interacts with our dog. Hes also been incredibly flexible with us and our dog.

Thank you Sara and Dr. Kitchens for helping Pluto out last minute. I am very blessed and thankful for having Dr. Kitchens and Sara to help take care of my dog Pluto. My dog accidently got cut by glass. I rushed him to the clinic right as they were closing. Everyone was very willing to stay late to help my dog. He ended up needing stitches and staples. As Dr. Kitchens was fixing Pluto up, Sara was very reassuring, calmed me down, and giving Pluto lots of love. I highly recommend Stratfford Hills Veterinary Center. They love their patients as if they were their own.

Took my kitten in for a check up, she had been sneezing a lot. I was assuming it was allergies. Well, I got an attitude because I was behind on my vaccines. Then the vet saw that she had a high fever so he kept her overnight. When I picked her up she was very stressed. Once home new symptoms formed. Its been two weeks and she still has diarrhea and has begun throwing up. I took her elsewhere for a second opinion. She was very upset at what she heard and all the kitten needed was a new diet. Im very upset with my experience and will not be back.

We have used Stratford Hills Veterinary Center for over 10 years now. We have always found both the staff and the vets to be friendly and concerned about both us and our pets. Our most recent visit was for a new cat we had adopted and they made it a point to learn her history and temperament before handling. She was very nervous at the beginning of the visit but by the end she was purring on the exam table being stroked by the tech assistant. Her issue was properly diagnosed and treated in one visit.

Ive taken my two dogs to Dr. Tucker since we moved to the area almost three years ago. We have been nothing but happy with his treatment of our pets and ourselves; he never rushes decisions, answers all questions, and gives multiple options for next steps. I also feel he gives real honest advice about what is best for everyone. When we lost one of our dogs two months ago it was of course the worst experience but Dr T and team did all they could to help us and him. I am forever grateful.

Dr.T is a disgrace to Stratford hills vet misstreats smaller pets when they dont act right there shoved and slammed to the table to be held still ,and would throw needles across the room nearly hitting his assistants, dont feel like he has enough experience to be chief of staff ,plus the younger assistants he has complain that when there holding smaller animals he intends to slide his hand across there chest ,Corp. was notified

When I had to reschedule one of the cats second appointment I was pleasantly surprised to actually talk to Dr. Tucker. Dr. Tucker is the best vet I have met. He discussed treatment options clearly, took time to answer my questions, and went out of his way to provide an update by telephone. He seems to sincerely care, which is hard to find. I am very thankful for all he did when treating my pet.
