Reception and dental staff are amazing! My issue comes with the check out. Upon my arrival I voiced repeatedly that I had no dental insurance and that my college referred me and I was under the impression I could make payments. I once again repeated before any work was done. Checking out was a TOTALLY different story. The lady had a bad attitude, while I did receive a discount (small) I did not have the amount of money due to my name. I said this is whatvI have to offer and she said NO! All payment in full, ypu can not leave until it is paid. Shocked I explained my situation again, ask her what I could do. She snapped for me to figure it out go to the bank and ask them what to do. I have never been so distressed and upset leaving a doctors appt of any kind. She eventually accepted what I could offer and then told me to have the reat by a certain date and if it was not in my account then she would inform my school of my actions!. Not sure what made her so upset but I left the office in tears. So please be sure you have all the facts before they touch you. Oh! And ask your questions before your visit cause if you discuss it and decide you cant do it, youll most likely get a no show fee of 75

I went to them because it looked like a nice place to go. Said I would be treated like family. On the first visit, they said it looked like I needed to wear a mouth gard, because I was grinding my teeth at night. That cost me $300.00 out of pocket. (I could have gotten the same thing at a grocery store for cheaper.) Then a few months later I got crowns put on my 2 front teeth. I was quoted a price that sounded good to me, so I had them do it. Only after they put on the crowns, did they tell me that because the price of gold had went up, it was going to cost me a WHOLE lot more than they told me. What was I to do? Its not like I could give the teeth back. They also filled a cavity, but did not ask me if I wanted it white or not. I smile a lot, and now have a filling that is silver. I would not recommend this office to anyone. (That is unless you have never ending pockets.)

I am completely happy with this office. Im a scaredy cat when it comes to the dentist, but this staff made my experience enjoyable. They answered any questions I had. They made sure I was aware of what was happening. They were able fit me in the schedule just to look at the issue I had called about as a new patient and then were able to fit me into the hygienists schedule to clean my teeth as well - after I had already arrived. My previous dentist was a nightmare and coming into this place was refreshing. Dr. Lazar is very easy to talk to and hes extremely pleasant. I would recommend him as well.

Very bad experience. But I have to go back again. I hope it will be better. I would like to rate ZERO star, however, the one star is the only choice.... The dentist spent most of the time to sell their extra service instead of getting my filling replaced. I will appreciate if they can treat my needs firstly!!!!!! Moreover, the dentist said: "...... we have white and silver, you probably want white...". I felt being pushed.

Very unprofessional front wait staff who did not acknowledge me at all when I arrived, and then attempted to charge me more than my insurance required before I left.
