I use to take my 13 yr old pug here to see Dr. Reishel, who was very attentive and thorough and I was happy with her. On the other hand, the young girl who answers the phone has the personality of a cyborg and SHOULD NOT be working in a vet with people who love their pets and have compassion. She is RUDE and careless! On 8-6-2010, my pug stopped breathing and I needed to get her in to see a Dr. right away. Being, a "hospital", you would think these people would be concerned for a dog that has stopped breathing, but NO the clown working the front desk says, "I dont know what to tell you but the only opening we have is tomorrow". My 13 yr old pug ended up having a COLLAPSED TRACHEA!!!!!!! Real nice Timber Ridge! If anyone is looking for a GREAT vet to take their pets to, Sumner Vet is the BEST by far! They helped my pug the minute I walked through the door, no questions asked. Thank you Sumner Vet!

I am very finicky with my Dane puppy, but my boyfriend and I find comfort here with all the veterinarians. They do not outstandingly overcharge, the gals in the office are super sweet, and love your animals, and the vets themselves.. They put themselves in your shoes and talk through options with you. Our vet Levinge(?) was very kind when our pup was limping and understood were able to fork out thousands in one trip. He told us if it were his personal dog that he would try one thing at a time to see if they work, instead of running full blown blood tests and xrays right off the bat, and his simplest, cheapest route worked! Which in turn saved us hundreds of dollars. I cant praise them enough!

Dr Watts was attentive and compassionate to our Golden Retriever for 10 long years, and was also there to provide her relief in her passing. She made time for us even without appointment once, and called to check on our dogs well being on more than one occasion. Never pushed for any unnecessary tests or treatment, and always informed us of our options, letting us decide what was best in our circumstances. One week after the euthanasia we received a condolences card in the mail, with our Cinnamons inked pawprint inside. Very touching. If we ever get another dog we will always come back to Timber Ridge.
