Ive been to Jessicas dentistry for cleaning and filling work in the past year. Her expertise and her staffs professionalism/friendliness makes me at ease while getting work done at her office. Id recommend her to anyone. Experience Her practice reminds me of a neatly decorated spa that immediately made me feel relaxed as I walked in. Her staff knew remembered who i was even though Ive only been there once before. That tells me her office is committed not only to practice excellence dentistry but also build close relationships with patients. I didnt wait long both times - perhaps 5 minutes at the most. Each time I was greeted by Nichole and brought to an open and airy patient room. Nichole explained she will be taking x-rays, close up photos of each tooth, cleaning and polishing to establish a good baseline for future appointments. She also said that Jessica will come afterwards to go through my x-rays/photos, look at my teeth and work the jaws a bit to assess the over all health. It becomes apparent that Jessicas staff are trained to be open with the patients during the entirely of the appointment so you as the patient know exactly what is being worked on and why its being worked. Jessica found a couple of cavities as she went through my x-rays. She explained that she found them from looking at my x-rays and confirmed them when she did a mouth exam. I was not surprised but had doubt. So I went to get a second opinion and there they were..cavities A week later I went back to Jessicas to get fillings done. Im usually dreadful of cavity fillings because the anesthesia that precedes. She techniques did not hurt at all! I think the work is done right and well because the bites are right and teeth are not sensitive!

I came here for a long overdue checkup, a filling, and a cleaning. If you dont want to read the rest of the review, just pick Dr. Chen, close the rest of the tabs and go do something fun! I knew it was a newly built office, but I was expecting the same old dentist experience, but with everything new and shiny so it makes you think its better. But I came away feeling truly impressed. The interior design was bright and warm and cozy, the absolute opposite of that cold sterile feeling of a doctors office with dusty fake plants and old posters stuck to walls. Every single surface was clean, and every single fixture or piece of technology looked brand new and top of the line. They have digital x-rays and in mouth cameras that you get to watch show up instantly on a monitor right in front of you. But what really blew me away was how happy everyone working there seemed to be. Like a true genuine excitement and pride of being there and and honest interest in my health and comfort. I have absolute trust in her skills, and I want this review to send more patients her way because of how apparent it is that she works very hard and passionately to craft an experience that pushes the envelope for care and comfort.

I dont usually write reviews about businesses unless the place has made a big difference for me. I was referred to this place by one of my friends when my original dentist was overcharging me for stuff and I couldnt trust what he said because every time I went to him, he told me I needed fillings. So I went to see Dr. Etemadi and she explained to me exactly what I needed done, step by step. She told me roughly how much it would cost and how long it would take to get everything COMPLETE. I knew what I was getting into so I was not worried about getting ripped off. Dr. Etemadi is super knowledgable and very friendly especially to my kids who cant stand other impatient dentists. Everyone in Duvall who has met Dr. Etemadi, knows she is great. I honestly wouldnt allow another dentist to work on my kids. She will do any procedure she is comfortable with doing and the ones she is not, she will refer out to another specialist. She actually did the invisilign on my wives teeth. The staff is very friendly from the front desk people to the assistants and hygienist. The office is also very futuristic looking with high-tech equipment and cool design. Overall, I definitely recommend this office to everyone.

I wasnt sure if I was at a spa or the dentist. Wow! What a stunning, clean, and inviting office - I was so relaxed. The experience was unlike any dental office I had visited before. The staff are amazingly warm and kind, their knowledge is exceptional, and the time taken at my initial appointment made me wonder why all dental offices arent practicing the same customer care... I had a view of my teeth from digital pictures taken to see them from "their view". We (Dr, assistant, and I) reviewed each tooth thoroughly and discussed health, condition, and findings. It was the first time I got so much insight into oral health from my dentist. Also, even though they are out of network, their fees are completely reasonable. My insurance is covering at 100% (even tho they only cover at 80 for out of network) bc the fees are within the out of pocket maximums for each billing code. My insurance was even surprised, as the surrounding area tends to charge a lot more. I would recommend this office to anyone. Very impressed!

I want to thank the staff and Dr Jessica Chen of Duvall Family Dental for the service that they provided me with. This place is like an oasis hidden in Duvall WA, you wouldnt think that such place exists in that area. You can do all your paperwork online before you get to your appointment thus saving you and them time. This place in very immaculate and they have the all the latest equipment, I was very impressed. I didnt even feel a thing on the work that they did on me. The best part is that I got to watch a movie while they work on my teeth, which is an experience in its own as it keeps you distracted and entertained . That was cool. Most people dread of going to the dentist but they make it feel so painless. Duvall Family Dental you got a client that is very satisfied and I will take my family there if they ever need your services. Thank you very much, Alexander Ventura

My time is limited and rarely do I write reviews. However my recent experience with Dr. Jessica Chen and the staff at Duvall Dentist merits a positive compliant to the entire staff. After my first visit two months ago, I returned for minor cavity work. Dr. Chen was fully prepared for the procedure and were concerned about my comfort and care today. Proper nova cane was administered. I felt no discomfort, even watched a movie on video glasses through most of the work. After they advise me on after care and what to expect. Equipment at this facility is state of the art, first class. Local, easy to get to, plus there is a Starbucks in the parking lot or get a oil change while you driver waits for your work to be done. I actually enjoyed my time at their office. Recommend this practice to young and old. They really no CARE for the patients.

I cannot say enough good things about Duvall Family Dental! After talking to Randi one time on the phone, her warmth and cheerful demeanor put me at ease. Everyone there is so friendly! Melissa was the most wonderful dental assistant I have ever had. She exuded happiness and walked me through every step of my appointment with such care and expertise. Dr. Chen is by FAR the best dentist I have ever had. She was the perfect combination of knowledgeable, sweet, efficient, warm, and calming. She really made me feel like family. Furthermore, at Duvall Family Dental they go above and beyond to make you feel pampered with a full coffee bar in the lobby to protective glasses during your cleaning to a warm face cloth after they are done. Even if we move in the future, we would drive 100 miles to still go to this dentist! Two thumbs way up!
