The woman who answered the phone today gave me no solutions, or other resources to help my service animal. I will never ask another human to call or even bless this establishment with your needs. All they want is your money. Obvious no interest in animal life. Not only did i call once. I got hung up on th first cal and spoke to the same person again to get transferred to someone that actually knew what they were doing. If i could give negative stars i would. The lady that answered the phone does not have any knowledge of what your companion can be going through. She does not need to work therw. No.

I took my cat here after i was at another emergency vet that was horrible, This place was wonderful, the doctor kept me informed even into the wee hours. Although they were not able to save my baby from the damage that My pet emergency center in mount Vernon did the they provided quality care affodable cost and they even provided my baby a coffin to bury him in, I wish i had go here first and will recommend this place to everyone

I just got off the phone with this seriously rude girl. As soon as I said bunny she cut me off and basically told me to go ***** myself. SO RUDE! Thanks for making an already horrifying day WAY WORSE. People like you should never work with animals.

Waited for an hour and when I asked why it was taking so long I was told that another animal was more important than mine. Have more than 1 doctor if your a damn emergency 24 hour vet. Waste of time and my dog is still in pain.

Great emergency vet care! They have scripts as well which is what your need in an emergency.
