Lady at the front desk was texting on her phone while I stood at the desk. Didnt use her words, a simple "sign this here, wash your hands, keep the key with you" would have sufficed. Instead I got papers just passed to me and told ok go to the bathroom dont flush the toilet. Wasnt even shown where the bathroom was didnt wait for me to follow her to the back just expected me to know where I was going. Over all just very rude environment.

I was driving down 522 on my way home tonight. I was in the right lane and was driving faster than a vehicle in the left lane (but not speeding, hes just going at a slower clip, no problem at all) and the road is about to merge so he puts the pedal to the metal to get in front of me. If I had not slammed hard on my breaks I would have run off the highway to to avoid a collision. How juvenile. License BAL7962. Psycho.

The nurses were rude and also forgot I was signed in. Very unsanitary as well. I wasnt allowed to wash my hands until I signed paperwork. I asked if this pen was used by all of their other patients who just provided samples and were unable to wash their hands. They said yes, its dirty. Im a health care provider and totally disgusted. Not sure why this place is up and running.

Slow and clueless. Long wait, seem to have difficulty reading their own form that my doctor used for the blood work order. (I think I was assigned a trainee or new emplyee)
