First experience in July 2015 - they lost the lab results for 3 weeks. Second experience in Nov. 2015 was worse. They took blood for a cholesterol test (bruising the left arm as she couldnt get enough blood from the right arm), then I never got the test results at all. When I called (they said they called me, but my cell phone showed no calls) they said they needed MORE blood from me as they didnt get "enough" the first time. I said, "no thanks" and disputed the credit card charge as they refused to issue a refund or call me back. Lab seems run down, toilet was broken and half the lights were off when I was there. Blood taker seemed extremely over-worked as she was the only one there with 4 people in the small lab waiting besides myself with the telephone constantly ringing - quite a chaotic and disappointing place.I do not recommend it.
