I went to this Quest Diagnostics lab last week for routine blood tests. My arm was jabbed (big ouch!) and a couple of hours later when I removed the cotton, there was a large bruise (1+" long x 1/2" wide) in the crook of my arm. I tried calling regional Quest office in Sacramento. They referred me to a complaint line. The complaint line was a recording only. I left the complaint and requested a return call. 3 days later Im still waiting for a return call. If the blood-drawer was having a bad day, she should have stayed home instead of taking out her bad day on her patients. Ive gone to Quest before, but now theyve lost my confidence.

Maria was amazing. It was one of the most efficient and painless blood tests Ive ever had. I went around 11am without an appointment on a Friday and was checked in immediately. All the staff was pleasant and the lab was clean
