Our son was born breach and we thank the great doctors for that but when it comes to the ancillary services like the family health they are a awful. Our sons arm is hurt and swollen yet they want nothing to do with it. they have done excessive blood draws to the limit of what his little body can handle and when we declined an appointment for a car seat test tomorrow because we are taking him to Doernbecher Pediatrics to have a qualified doctor access him they called CPS on us. This is not our first child (#8) nor are we negligent. We have doctors and nurses in the family who all support us yet this clinic is an unhealthy environment. please avoid them for the safety of your children!

Tried getting a PeaceHealth primary care physician today and provided several names recommended to me by workers at the hospital, but none of them are taking new patients. While its tempting to think I playing in the losers bracket, I recognize that newer docs might be just as good. I am not interested in trial and error, however, and would like to be able to have at least 1 of 6 recommendations willing to take on a new patient. The Concierge service does not place you on hold when you call in, but have you leave your number and theyll call you back. Inevitably, the call back will come when you least want it, so at least offer the "hold" option please.
