Went to this facility because I had a fever for a few days. Even had a fever of 100 while at this doctors office. Dr. Reeder came in for 5 minutes, did a throat swab and said there was nothing he could do for me. Went to an Urgent Care a few days later because I still wasnt feeling any better. They told me I had Sinusitis and gave me some antibiotics. Within a week, I felt better until I got the bill for over $300 from Reeders office. The Urgent Care cost me less than $100. My wife has been trying to get ahold of someone at the office for over a week to dispute the charges. This place is horrible and it’s sad to know that other people have had similar situations. This is not what health care should be about. Avoid this place.

My husband went there for white patches/lesions on his tongue. Dr. (If you even want to call him that) Reeder asked my husband if he smoked, which he does. We said yes and Dr Reeder responded with, "Well thats the problem" and left the room. He didnt look at the lesions, didnt give any recommendations or anything. He just had his condescending tone and didnt show any care about the health of my husband. We went to another doctor who suggested we see a specialist and found out it was a precancerous lesion that would eventually need to be biopsied to rule out oral cancer. I will never see that man again. He obviously doesnt care about the well being of his patients.

Beware!!!! Made an appointment a head of time so I wouldnt have along time to wait and ended up waiting over an hour to be seen by Dr Wallace. I ended up being diagnosed with a sinus infection and prescribed some amoxicillin that didnt work and ended up going to another physician because the service was so bad there at Mesa Family Physicians. To add insult to injury a couple months went by and I received a $412.00 charge for a that visit consisting of a simple sinus infection. I suggest going elsewhere, Mesa Family Physicians will rip you off. I wish I would have looked at the reviews, they are horrible.

Went to see Dr Steven with inflamation in my throat. Without even looking at me he already knew that I have infection. And he was about to leave room. Asked him to check my troat for strep and He said yeah I can do that. Told me that it will take couple of days for results. That was not true since when my kids have strep doctors can check swab in about 10 min. Didnt prescribed any medication or antibiotic but did told me I have infection. I mean come on. Felt like he dont have time for his patient. Not going to see this guy anymore for sure.

It took me several years after moving to the Valley to find a physician I felt was competent and caring enough. Im a dentist, and am fairly discriminating in my choice of physicians. They earn my trust when they both know what theyre doing and have a high level of compassion. Im very pleased with Dr. Reeder. I had wondered if medical offices where the staff really seemed to care were passe. But Mesa Family Physicians seem to have attracted good people who all have genuine concern for the patient.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They sent me a bill for $35 dollars because I didnt show up to an appointment that the receptionist signed me up for 3 MONTHS in advance!!! And, I got no reminder call. WORST DOCTORS OFFICE EVER!!! Id rather just take my chances with over the counter medications and placebos than go back to this joke of a doctor.
