The only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is because we have had previous experiences with them that I would have rated 4 stars but our last experience was not pleasant. My wife went in for an eye exam and was told her insurance would be billed she has medicare and Medicaid. What they did not tell her was that they only bill one not the other. Which meant instead of being a free exam when it was over they charged her a $100 co-pay. Walmart and fredmeyer both know how to bill the correct insurance so there is no co-pay however they billed it as an exam for a medical problem (which is wasnt) instead of a routine eye exam. The problem is nothing was mentioned about a co-pay until after the exam and she was assured her insurance was going to be billed. They are lucky I was able to transfer funds remotely (because I wasnt there) or they would not have been paid because we were not expecting to have to pay. If you cannot bill insurance properly then we will be going elsewhere from now on. In the future if you are going to charge a customer a co-pay you should warn them ahead of time so they can go to someone that will take there insurance.

Very disappointed. I was rushed in and out of the facility and nobody seemed to have a clue what they were doing. They "ladies" behind the desk were making fun of the customers both on the phone and in the office. When I did finally get to see the optometrist I had to adjust the equipment MYSELF because he couldnt mange to get anything right and after over and hour of dicking around with knobs and lenses, my prescription is still not right. Frames were horrendous and overpriced and the pair I did finally settle on ended up being jimmy rigged together from 2 different pairs of glasses. After less than a month the screws started falling out and WOULD NOT go back in because everything was misaligned. If I could give them a lower rating, I would.

She have been going to them for vision care for over 6 years now. They are friendly with all customers. Wait times are normal unless you go during their busy hours.

Very poor service. They ordered wrong brand of contacts and blamed it on me. Wouldnt recommend them.
