Professional personality and thorough doctor. Took me a moment, but I got used to his all business and focused procedures! Very good pressure check as well and field of vision check and script and surprise. After 60 years wearing glasses, I can say that NO doctor has ever showed me my eyes! After dialation, He took a photo of my eyes and explained to me about what he was looking for. Great eyes for almost 70! But I was impressed that he knew I used to have high blood pressure. He showed me the tell-tale sign where two tiny veins were pressing on each other, so to speak. So I guess you know I will keep up my good work keeping my BP down. So happy! Blessed because I could actually read through my lower lens. Great script! Made me tear up. I always have had to take my glasses off to read. So the eye wear team and doc got me into a perfect light weight frame because of my thick glasses, if wearing glass. They are amazing. Excellent staffers helped me thru each step. They have been there for years and they love their jobs. I got a call a couple weeks later and they checked to make sure I was happy with my glasses. Oh yes, they got pre-authorization from my carrier. I paid up front as my carrier drags their feet paying. They filled out my forms and addressed the envelope to my company and stamped it. I signed my name and mailed. I can prod my company to pay me faster. Lol ☺ P.S. price total was $100 less from exact comparison I made else where...which pleased my wallet. I will recommend to everyone! Thanks Doc and team!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I cant count the times they have adjusted my nose pads and sent me off a LOT more comfortable. Our family has used Dr.Knecht is kind, patient and thorough. Our whole family has been pleased with his service.

The doctor here is really great. Returns phone calls quickly and personally. Great and friendly service. Glasses options are limited, but can easily be purchased elsewhere.
