The receptionists are horrendously rude. They belittle you in front of every one and start yelling at you over things that they messedup. This is the worst clinic ever. Definitely not people to trust with your health care. I advise you to please choose another clinic that is professional and not this severely unprofessional one.There receptionists were arguing back and forth in front of patients over how to do their jobs. Very disgusted by the lack of training this staff has. Very inappropriate behaviour. Never go here. They have inexperience uncertified people(not the optometrist) fit you for contact lenses . In the state of Washington it is illegal for any one except an optometrist to give you a contact lens fitting.this is stated in the R.C.W. They had some tech filling in for the doctor on a busy day. So I was seen by one technician then a second technician And they fit me for a contact lens. They wrote nothing down and caused nothing but trouble. It was the most unprofessional doctors office I have ever been to. Find another doctors office because this one does not follow mandatory state laws, that are there to protect the people, that require an optomotrist to give contact lens fittings to the patient. They let inexperienced uncredentialed staff do the work of a credentialed optomotrist/ophthalmologist. There is no guarantee that this wont happen to you. Find another eye clinic that actually follows state laws that are put in place for your safety. Dont go here.

i had two separate visits with preston sullivan. on the very first visit i asked to have my stye incised due to not having insurance i wanted to take care of the problem immediately. instead he suggested a kenalog injection which helped for maybe a week and then the lid swelled right back up to what it had been. Then i returned for a second visit for a different lid on the same eye and again asked to have the lid incised and once again he suggested the kenalog injections and his demeanor was very unpleasant. when i was asking questions he was rude and snide im not sure if it was because i had no insurance and i knew what i wanted but it was a very bad experience. So regardless of how unpleasant he was i have now spent $340 dollars with this clinic and i still have styes on both lids and it has now been about 3 months since my first visit. I am very much so un-happy with my experience with this clinic.

One of the most outrageously rude clinics I have ever been too. We are a military family with almost thirty years of service to this country and community. The office staff, mainly Kim, an older women with dark hair, treated me like I was a second class citizen and even chastising me for putting the doctor behind schedule because there was some insurance confusion. This clinic was also unwilling to accept our military health insurance (TRICARE) for the routine eye exam. It is very odd that in a town with so many veterans, this clinic would be so unwelcoming to military families. I will never set foot in this clinic again. They lost three patients today with great insurance.

One of two worst dr visit experiences ever. Its my 1st visit. Due to a referral from another eye doc, I was there for a 2-hour test, which did not happen. Instead, they did an regular eye exam, which I just had it one month before this visit performed by a doc who referred me to this clinic. I took off from work for this appointment, and I have to take another off for their deceptive/incompetent practice? Mike, a receptionist, was inarguably rude. I called to cancel an appointment for the test. He mocked my accent and said, "Ah, I do not understand anything you are saying. Let me do you a favor . . . ."

In my opinion, office staff were professional, friendly and accommodating. Clean office setting. Had apt set for 8:20 was seen at 8:25. The eye doctor was very professional. He confirmed what I suspected, that I was previously misdiagnosed from eye doctor in S Carolina with keratoconus. That diagnosis was wrong. I was being taken in S Carolina for a lot of money. They are correcting S Carolinas mistake. For that I give them a very high rating. I am being treated properly now. I would recommend highly.

Hostile, mean and completely rudefront staff. So unprofessional. Worst doctors office Ive ever visited. Billing department just as bad. Staff does not know what they are doing. They act like children in front of patients. They have receptionist that make up liesand treat you poorly. Do not go to this clinic they dont know what they are doing.

Worst customer service ever experienced. Staff is cruel and mean to patients. Receptionists treat you very poorly. I urge you all do not makethe same mistake that I made by going to this office. Do not go to this doctors office there are better ones out there. These people are not nice, do not trust them with your medical needs.

I have been going to this office since I was a child (over 25 years). The care has always been exceptional. I have a difficult prescription and no other office has been able to correct my vision. I would highly recommend this office.

Love this clinic. Been going here for 5 or more years. Great staff and the Doctors are tops. Very attentive to concerns and have handle a couple emergencies very fast to ensure sight preservation.

HORRIBLE!!! MIy family and I waited 40 minutes after our appointment was scheduled with no knowledge of what was going on. I was put in an exam room and just left there. Will not be returning.
