I scheduled a eyeglass and contacts exam and had a rather lengthy appointment with them recently. Unfortunately I had to bring my 3 year old. They were very tolerant and didnt bat an eye when the exam room turned into a play room with toys spread out. I waited about 5 minutes before being seen. They have a great selection of glasses and gave me a 10% discount on items not covered by my insurance. The receptionist helped me pick out the most perfect glasses. Overall a great experience!

Excellent doctor who is very thorough and sincere. She was also very personable when I brought my two year old in and did a great job making her feel comfortable so that she can do the exams properly. After the appointment, she spent more time with my daughter and continued to commend her for the great job she did. I wish we can use her as our doctor for everything! The receptionist are also very friendly and we hardly had to wait to any time at all to be seen. Great place to go!

I had a bad experience, gave me wrong trial lens. When said to doc that, I have blur vision and pain in the eyes. He gave me again the same wrong lens to try for 1 week till the new once come into office. Finally got the correct lens. I recommend only for glasses. If you want to get the glasses be sure to ask what type of glasses you need.

extremely helpful and accommodating. i woke up to find fallen books and broken pair of glasses beneath them, and heritage replaced them, for free, even though i was a bit over the 1 year warranty, in less than 10 minutes. im very pleased with the glasses and the vision center.
