I also wish I could give it a zero. I have been going here for a few years now and will never go back because of the lady in the office. I dont have anything against the Dr. Hes good at what he does and always nice. But dont expect the lady in the office who handles billing and insurance to be of any help. Ive never had a health care provider refuse to call my insurance and tell me its because they dont want to sit on hold and tell me that its my responsibility to do that. Isnt that what she gets paid to do?? So I called my insurance company anyway to do my part and even after my insurance company requested that the health care providers office call them personally she STILL refused. That to me is HORRIBLE customer service and lazy. Then I requested that they mail me specific information so that I could try and handle it myself and they never did. Then because they neglect to do their part they try and stick me with a bill for over $700 dollars dating back to a year ago and say its over due when they never mailed it in the first place. Now Im having to have conference calls that are recorded with my insurance company and this lady because she is not trustworthy and doesnt do her job. Im sorry but I would NEVER refer anyone to this office purely because of their poor customer service. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

I wish I could give it 0. We went there to get massages and had made our appointments over a week prior and explicitly stated that we had regence insurance. They said ok. We work nights so making an early morning appointment isnt easy. We showed up they wouldnt accept a faxed copy of our referrals and on top of it they told us after we got there that their massage sessions arent covered by regence.. and wanted to charge us 140 for the day and said well just wait for your insurance to reimburse you.. which there isnt a guarantee it would.. but they dont care. AND THEN CHARGED US 20 each TO CANCEL. When they KNEW what insurance we had! And to top it off they wouldnt call out insurance beforehand and said it was our responsibility. So I didnt. And our insurance said as long as theyre in network which their chiropractic coverage is it would be fine. And then their insurance lady who glared at us through her little window was rude and didnt give a damn. The front desk lady was spiteful rude and put off. Never ever go here.

My family and I have been seen for many years now. Our medical challenges vary as well as childhood sensory challenges mixed in with my two young children. Each of us have experienced different needs with our chiropractic care and each of us have seen greater health because of our individualized care. There is always a smile on the faces of the staff as well as a desire to support us in any way they can help. We are truly blessed by their individual caring nature and their professionalism. Some things that are a blessing; Timeliness to have an appointment, Emergent Care and Appointments, Professionalism, Atmosphere, Never any undue pressure to make more frequent appointments, Education for us as patients, Time spent with patients, Massage appointment availability, professionalism and coordination of care with Dr. And the simple joy when we are seen. Thank you for all your hard work to help us!

I actually enjoy my adjustments. I am met with smiles and conversation the minute I walk thru the door, which is seldom the case in other offices. They truly feel your pain. Dr. Mulcahey is the best there is. He empathizes with you and then fixes you. He really does care for his patients and wants everyone to be better. Dr. and staff are very thorough with all your needs. I notice that there is many kids coming in cuz we all know, they can be hard on their bodies. I believe that adjustments should start when youre young. Everything that goes on with your body starts with your spine. I have always recommended him to everyone I have met, and will continue to do so. Thank you Dr. Mulcahey for keeping me upright.

I entered Dr. Mulcahys office never having previously visited a chiropractor and in really bad shape. I had tried many different types of treatments. After 6 months, I can say that I am 90% better - which is far better than was my expectation and I feel as if I have a new lease on life. My pain is mostly gone and I can do many things I couldnt have before. On top of the high quality of treatment, the staff there is wonderful to deal with and Dr. Mulcahy engages you in a very friendly and caring manner. The office is also always very clean and organized. I would highly recommend his manner of practicing his science to anyone who is experiencing bodily pain. You will not be disappointed.

I have been going to Chiropractic Northwest for the past 5 years and Im always greeted with a smile and positive comment from Karlyn, Barb or Chris when I arrive. Dr. Mulcahey is professional and explains everything in easy to understand language. I no longer have back pain since my treatment began (adjustments and orthotics) and now my entire family now goes to Chiropractic NW. I would recommend Chiropractic Northwest to everyone I know!!!

Dr Mulcahey and Staff are just the best. I have chronic issues with my back, and if it wasnt for Dr Mulcahey I would no longer be able to pursue fishing on the Columbia River with my Husband. He keeps me a functioning adult, and is very gentle in the process. My activities were decreasing right before my eyes, and now Im back to almost normal with mainly maintenance appointments now.

I called this office to make sure they would accept my insurance and the $20 copay, and they said they would check with my insurance to make sure and they confirmed it. Now 8 months later I am receiving a bill for almost $600 stating that it wasnt covered by insurance. Unless you are a cash customer, dont go here!
