I woke up Sunday morning with excruciating pain in my left shoulder, causing my left pinky to go numb. Monday morning when I got to work, I checked my insurance to see where I could go to see a chiropractor, Jex Chiropractic was the first one to pop up in my insurance. I called and spoke with Jessica. She was very nice and was able to schedule me for that evening. I got there early to fill out paper work (lots of paperwork) and they got me back right away. Dr. Jex was awesome!! Asked me about my history and took me back for x-rays. He explained everything very well to me! Made me understand the condition my neck and back are in and what it will take to get me back to normal. He also, is giving me at home exercises to do after my adjustments, and making sure that I am ok. I have been in 2 times this week and appreciate Dr. Jex and his receptionist Jessica for being flexible with my schedule. Jessica is very personable and knew me when I walked in on my second appt. I appreciate that, as I am a receptionist in a dental office and to me it is important that you know each patient, and get to know them. That way they make you feel more comfortable and at home!

Dr. Jex is a professional and friendly Doctor that obviously cares about people. Immediately he made me feel comfortable even though I was in excruciating neck pain. By far Dr. Jex is the best chiropractor I have been to. I felt noticeably better upon adjustment yesterday and have even more improvement today although still tender. I will be following up and I would recommend him to everyone!

Dr. Jex cares about every patient, and listens thoroughly to work through your issues. I was in considerably less paid after one week, and it only improved from there. The friendly staff helped me feel comfortable the first time I set foot into the office. Ive been to a lot of chiropractors and had bad experiences. Dr. Jex is fantastic.
