My experience with Gentle Dental in Fairwood (Renton) has always been great. I am very pleased with their pricing and "customer service." The receptionist and hygienist are always super friendly and take out time to respond to your concerns as if there were nothing else more important for them to do at the moment. They charge a reasonable amount for cleanings, which I was starting to wonder if anyone did anymore before I found this place. This clinic is much better than the last dental office I went to in Federal Way, where I waited forever in the waiting room and was charged over $700 for "deep cleaning." There was no such thing as a regular cleaning there, and no personable service. Gentle Dental always gives me a treatment plan. If they are concerned about something, but it is not really necessary at the moment, they will not push me to get it done. I feel like they are honest, and I plan to continue going to Gental Dental in Fairwood for a long time.

The dentists are constantly changing so it doesnt feel like they really know who you are or your situation. But the biggest problem is that my husband had a Friday appointment, made months in advance; and apparently they changed their schedule so they are no longer open on Fridays, but didnt contact us to let us know and reschedule his appointment. So he arrived for his appointment, only to find out then that they did not have it booked on their end any more. My family is changing dentists!

Excellent service. Dr. Mayank and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, The atmosphere is friendly but professional. I very much recommend Gentle Dental. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful in answering my insurance questions. The hygienist and Dr. Mayank were extremely professional and answered all my questions, I definitely be scheduling future visits. Really impressed with the quality of care, the professionalism and overall environment in the office. Highly recommended.

Different Dentist everytime and to re-explain everything in my chart, then when getting a root canal the first dentist missed some of the root and the 2nd dropped hot filler in the hole. To fill it up but didnt warn me or give me more Novacaine. WORST in my life and I have had a lot of dentisits. will never go back.

Overall, the best dentist office I have been to! The staff is always friendly and they are thorough in discussing any issues with you. Ive had a few times now where the dentist runs a bit behind schedule which is always a bummer, but the hygienist is consist in checking on me while I wait.

Ive been coming to Fairwood Gentle Dental now for a couple years, and for good reason. The current dentist I see there, Dr. Park, is very skilled, professional, and friendly. Ive had 2 crown procedures done and Im very happy with the results. Thanks!
