Is there a minus star? If so, that is what I would rate this place. Ive used their dental service several times now and these are some of the stuff that you can expect: A) Long wait time. 15 min.-1 hr. of waiting each time. B) Misdiagnose. This appears to be a common theme. Many people have complained that the dentist had diagnosed fractures, cavities, etc., but when they went to other dentists for a second/third opinion, the other dentists did not find any fractures, cavities, etc. I can attest to this as I was one of those who went elsewhere for a second/third opinion and they all contradict what this dentist had diagnosed. C) Sales pressure. Dentist is always trying to sell you on her products in an inappropriate way (you ask her to fix something, she wants to fix you up with something else more expensive and unnecessary). D) Poor poor work quality. Ive never been in more pain from dental work. To add insult to injury, when you notify them of this and ask for them to fix it, they make it seem like their poor work quality was your fault and say that the pain is normal, when in fact, it is not! It is not normal to have the client be in pain for several months and ask the person wait it out for that long for you to be willing to fix it with attention and care. They dont even ask about the details of your pain, instead, you are easily rushed, looked down upon, and dismissed for trying to give an accurate account of your symptoms due to their mess ups. E) Rude. Both the primary and assistant dentists are rude and dont communicate well with their patients. Theres a sour grape look to them when you ask a question. They want you in and out in seconds. You can tell that they are working on quantity and not quality. This place is like an assembly line operation. Go elsewhere for you dental care, anywhere. This is by far, the worst place in the Seattle area. There is a reason why so many people have complained about them on Yelp. There are just too many complaints on their poor work quality, tardiness, rude behavior, and up-sale feeling for this to be a coincidence.

Everyone Ive seen at this office since I started seeing Dr. Harvey and his staff about 2002 has been wonderful. Dr. Harvey in particular has always been thorough, patient, and really takes time with me each time I see him. My annual checkups can last an hour while we talk through every aspect of my whole health and care. When Ive been ill I can nearly always get a same day appointment, and Ive always found the care top notch. I only just started seeing the dentists there, and am less amazed but they are fine too.

I cannot imagine a better dentist. I have used Dr. Harvey for many years and she and her staff are remarkable and caring. Dental care is not always fun and can hurt at times for many reasons, but not because the Dr. or staff are not wonderful, it is the nature of the body and how each person reacts. I will always refer and use Dr. Harvey, she is caring and gentle and my kids and I love coming to her...even if it is for dental work. I do not expect a day at the spa when I am getting my teeth worked on!!!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr Harveys at Fremont Family Practice for approximately 5 years. As a health professional I am able to assess his care - which is excellent and reflects the most current evidence-based practice. Additionally, he is extremely professional and compassionate and an excellent listener - he remembers details from previous visits and conversations (a true family practitioner). He and the others in the clinic are very responsive. I highly recommend him.

Can i leave a negative star? Coming from someone who has only seen one dentist her her whole life, and only had one cavity in the past 15 years it was alarming to be told that I all of the sudden have 13 cavities. They are rude, dismissive, short, and flat out unethical trying to treat my "cavities" for $1000+. No thank you, go somewhere else. Not worth your time, get a second opinion and I assure you they are diagnosing incorrectly.

Our family has gone through a few of the doctors at Fremont Family practice. Every time we were expecting phone calls we didnt get them. We expected referrals that didnt come. We drew the line when our daughter had a high temperature and I called the emergency number left on their voice message...and no one answered!! Highly inefficient...we are currently looking for a new family doctor.

Rude, short, and dismissive, seemingly especially bad to other women. Shoddy work--I had to go back and have jagged work corrected and now a filling replaced by another dentist that has only been in for about 3 years. I really can not express how awful this dentist is. I dont know how they stay in business.

I do not have experience with the medical office, so I am reviewing only the dental office. There is a small quality control issue here, but the office staff are generally nice and willing to fix mistakes.

Fantastic dentists. Fantastic staff. Dental work isnt fun so the benchmarks for a solid dental clinic are quality and comfort. Fremont Dental excels at both of those things.
