For some reason, they have yet to update the address on google maps and dont include the new Sellwood-Moreland clinic. If you decide to go to this clinic, DO NOT GO TO Beth Leibert. She is probably the worst medical "professional" I have ever seen. Shes rude, ignorant, and should never been allowed to practice medicine. I know at least 5 people in my neighborhood that have seen her. She must be the only one accepting new patients or the most available (hmmm....I wonder why?) and were horrified. Shes not just straight-talking, shes not blunt...she is condescending and full of her own virtue. Shes not even an MD, she is a Nurse Practitioner. Save yourself the trouble, and JUST SAY NO to this woman. Otherwise, try to find another doctor at the clinic.

I went there today for an appointment to establish care with Dr. Zheng. From the moment she walked in I could tell she was uninterested and ready to shuffle me out the door. In the very small amount of time I was able to get from her she managed to try to tell me my old doctor had me on inappropriate medications, though she didnt tell me why or discuss changing them. She did not address any of the "current problems" I had selected on my ROS, and barely glazed over a few of my diagnoses. I came with a list of questions about my meications and other referrals. However she was so brief and unhelpful that I didnt even bother going through my whole list. Overall I am completely underwhelmed and feel it was a waste of my copay.

I have given four stars because there is always room for improvement. From the moment I arrive until I leave I am treated very kindly and respectfully. The receptionist is exceptional, the nurses are well trained and give near painless shots and blood draws. As far as the doctors, I have seen most of them. Currently seeing DR Zhang. She has help me improve my health conditions and I can recommend her as a physician. But, the doctors are general practitioners, so you may need to see a specialist to help with a particular ailment. NW Primary fills a huge need in the community and medical field.

The practice has completely changed their look, set up, customer service and are like no other Physicians in the area. If you or a family member is having health issues, I highly recommend Northwest Primary Care.

i don"t see how any one could say anyone at this clinic is rude. i:ve been going there since 1994. i have been treated by all of the dr,"s & have had excellent care . i am called "MR" that is rare

If you are looking for the best Family Doctors around, go to Northwest Primary Care. Their staff does it right, listens to your medical concern and comes up with a resolution.
