My grandparents have been going to this Dentist for a couple of years now and liked it so they advised me to try it. The receptionist, Sheryl, is very friendly and helpful and brightens the office which gives it a homey feel. Dr. Lee is highly knowledgeable, gentle, and kind. I chose Northwest Dental because I needed a routine teeth cleaning and I wanted the dentist to look at my right wisdom tooth because it was hurting me. They were able to fit me right into their schedule and were very flexible with my own schedule. They did a great job cleaning my teeth, were gentle about it, and the hygienist were very friendly. The dentist knew exactly what was wrong with my wisdom tooth and advised me to have it pulled, which I did a week later. They helped me get through my nervousness about the extraction and comforted me and reassured me it would go just fine. I felt no pain during the extraction and it went smoothly without any problems. A week later I was still experiencing some pain and was worried about dry socket so I decided to have them take a look at it. The hygienist took me in and checked it out for me even though they had just closed 5 minutes before. She determined that the pain was normal at this stage of the healing but my mouth was healing nicely. Just in case, she cleaned it well and put some pain medicine paste on it for me to give me some more comfort. I absolutely love this Dentist office and would recommend it to anyone.

I have an intense fear of dental work and have subsequently put off much needed work until I couldnt any longer.. So I did my research and read reviews to find the right dentist for me in the area and I found EVERYTHING I could want in a dentist with northwest dental. the rave reviews were true!! Compassionate and Thorough, from the first call talking to Cheryl the receptionist I was treated like a friend it was obvious these people actually care and listen and go beyond "good customer service" they are genuine and made me feel at ease. Dr. lee was very knowledgeable and personable. I needed emergency dental surgery on an infected root that I was told by other dentists would be "very difficult" to remove due to it being in my sinus cavity. Dr.Lee completed the surgery in an hour I didnt feel a thing and healed beautifully!! They have many pain and anxiety relieving options but it was the competency and care that made the experience "something to rave about" :) they even gave Me calls to check up on my well being after the appointment.. I definitely wont be putting my dental work or regular check ups off any more, I found my dentist!! they also allowed for payments and worked with my insurance "delta".

I LOVE this dentist. Growing up, I have always hated the dentist - I always felt uncomfortable, uneasy, etc. I walk in and Cheryl has a warm welcoming smile on her face. She makes everything easy, giving me some peace of mind. When I am called back, the hygenist gets me all set up and then in walks Dr. Lee to do the main part of the cleaning - no waiting. In the past, the hygentist usually does the cleaning and then the dentist checks everything out. Not Dr. Lee. Dr. Lee does all the cleaning, takes a good look at everything, advises you of his findings and makes sure I feel comforable with everthing. Then the hygenist polishes your teeth and flosses. I am not used to having the dentist spend so much time with you! I truely feel like I get a thorough cleaning and assessment. I recommend Dr. Lee to everyone.

It was pretty bad. Ive spent more than my share of time getting dental work done. I went in for a routine cleaning. The dentist himself did the work, using a nice, sharp water pik...which he left in my mouth as he put the water vacuum in and told me to close. Guess where my tongue went, twice? That was bad enough. After telling him what was wrong, but stating I didnt want anything for the pain, he proceeded to give me a cup of what I assumed was fluoride. Instead, it was a numbing agent, which replaced the pain with a nasty sensation in my entire mouth (with a taste to accompany it). After some thought, Im cancelling all future appointments and finding someone else; it brings too much discomfort to even think of returning.

I first have been treated by Dr. Lee about 10 years ago, and since then, Ive been his loyal patient (actually my whole family and close friends and their family go to his office now). He is warm, competent, and humble, an easy-going type of guy (some dentists I know of or went to before act like they are "real" doctors or something who make a real big deal out of treating your teeth like they are doing some brain or heart surgery--I mean, come on!!). Also, his staff are friendly, and it feels like a good professional family environment there. The prices are also very reasonable as well. I highly recommend him!!

To start off, I just want to say I have never been more at ease to go see the dentist. You walk into a very relaxing enviroment and a inviting smile from the receptionist. When Dr. Lee started working on my mouth he told me everything that was needed to be done so that I wasnt wondering what he was doing. The nicest thing was he checked on me throughout the whole time, making sure that I stayed numb. I appreciated all the effort everybody put in on me to have me walking out the door with a smile on my face. One of the most professional & kindest place I have ever been to.

I recently came to get my teeth cleaned as a new patient, lora makes getting your teeth cleaned almost fun.Turned out I needed a root canal. Dr. Lee and Tess did a great job it was painless. A few days later I broke a tooth and Carissa got me right in to see the Dr. Lee I thought I was going to loose the the tooth but he was able to save it and make a crown. They did all this while scheduling around the fact that I did not have insurance. Everyone is great I wont go anywhere else. Thanks Doug

Dr. Lee and the office staff know what they are doing. They are great with patients and take care of them one by one with respect. You never feel like youre just another patient that needs to be checked off on a list. The facilities and amenities are modern and welcoming. Keep up the great work Dr. Lee and the staff!

I have been seeing Dr. Lee for many years, and Im completely happy. He has a great bedside manner and is a great dentist. He always explains what he is doing and what he is looking for during my appointments. He and his hygienists are careful and gentle. I highly recommend him.

Lora, the dental hygienist is the best. She is thorough and always takes the time to listen, and explain procedures. Dr. Lee is great too, he always makes my comfort a high priority and I appreciate that. In addition, his office staff is terrific, they go above and beyond.
