Best Dental Office Ever. Period. Theres an office we used thats close to our house, but the employees seem to all have been picked according to their looks and bubble-gum chewing abilities. They may have been working in a tanning salon, as far as I can tell. However, we were recommended by a friend to Dr. Marshall and his team, and have never looked back. My husband broke a tooth on a Quaker snack that was like a rock, and we were able to get a blanket check to Dr. Marshall for a few grand, which has covered both our dental needs for the last several months, and probably for the next year. Dr. Marshall is kind, extremely gentle, and never belittles. His office team is the same - always happy to answer our questions without making us feel like were taking too much of their precious time. They send out hand-written thank you notes for our business, and always send a letter of recommendations and explanations of work that was done, and what still needs to be done. He is thorough, but not too thorough - understands that its ok to spread the work out a bit so the pain will be minimal. The whole team is quite courteous and professional, and very family-like. We definitely recommend this dentist - A++!

Today, I was rendered speechless over my experience with this facility. Now that I have regained the use of words, I want to share with the world. This place was simply amazing. My son had a toothache last night. I am new to seattle, and just "dropped" in at the nearest dentist. I was greeted with a warm Good morning! and a friendly woman asked me how she could help me. I told her my story and she talked to the dentist briefly, made me a same day appt. asked for insurance info, gave me ONE short form to fill out, and said she would see me later that day. I arrived twenty minutes early and she greeted my son by his name! We sat for about 5 minutes, then he was taken back. The dentist, cheerful and warm, came out to talk about things with me, then asked if I had questions, listened and answered beautifully. It was just so easy and nice, by far the best staff at a dental office that I have ever encountered. I would refer him to anyone!

I have to say...I hate, and I mean HATE dentists. But Dr. Marshall was awesome. I had a filling come out and needed to be seen asap - my regular dentist was out of town but his office was able to get me in right away. The receptionist was very friendly- the assistant was great and Dr. Marshall is just the nicest guy. And, bonus points - he has the most soothing voice that set me right at ease during the procedure - in fact, I almost fell asleep in the chair. I would recommend them to anyone.
