I had not been to the dentist in years due to a fear of Dentist and a phobia of fingers in my face. My first pleasure was talking to Ashley, she is as amazing in person as on the phone. Ashley walked me threw all the aspects of what to expect for my consultation, and asured me Dr. Liu would take care of me. I met Dr Liu for my consultation and he was all that Ashley said he would be. Dr. Lui listened to and understood my fear and phobia and provided me with a medication to help me relax for my appointment(s) In short I was seen for two deep cleanings two check-ups and a crown in a short period of time. Dr. Lui and is staff were very clear on what my dental needs were and my understanding of those needs. I feel so comfortable and confident with Dr. Liu that I now can be seen without any medication. Ive been with Dr. Liu since 2004 and I take all 3 of my kids to see him now. His office is clean and welcoming and he has a fantastic staff. Most importantly though, he does amazing work. I had work done on my front teeth a few years before finding Dr. Liu. Unfortunately, the fix to my broken teeth was done poorly. Dr. Liu encouraged me for several years to let him fix them. I was reluctant due to having a significant amount of dental work done as a child. He assured me everything would go smooth and painless, and that I would be happy with the results. I only wish I would have listened to him sooner. Anyone that is looking for a great dentist and an incredible guy needs to go see Dr. Liu.

I have been going to Dr. Liu for about 16 years now. I have had a dentist phobia since I was a young girl, this man helped put me at ease. I cannot say enough positive things about him. I have undergone more cavities than a normal person, about a dozen root canals (like I said dental phobia), and even a major jaw surgery. He has always taken great care of me. I moved 50 miles away and still made the drive to him. He helped me achieve the smile I never thought I could have. It has opened up a new confidence in me that I can not repay. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a dentist with your interests as his priority.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Lius for 11 years now, and I cant imagine being happier with a dentist than Ive been with him. He always makes the time to answer any questions, he provides thorough explanations when there are issues, and discussions options. And the service hes provided has always felt skillfully executed. And he has consistently built a great team over the years: the team is knowledgeable about insurance procedures and great with scheduling and reminders. I dont hesitate to recommend him, and even though I recently moved to Vashon, Im still making the journey to Edmonds because Im not changing dentists!

Dr. Liu is wonderful. I hadnt seen a dentist in 20 years due to a really horrific experience at my last visit and Dr. Liu put me right at ease. He never scolded me for my lapse and took care of my broken tooth with compassion. He then worked out a treatment plan I could manage to take care of my other dental issues. He is kind and has a gentle touch. Two very important qualities to have in a dentist. His whole practice is warm and welcoming and even offers some extra comforts while you are getting work done like sunglasses, headset for music, and a pillow for your neck. I cant recommend him enough.

The lady refer Raymond Liu with great reviews, She even called with me on the line and got my husband right in. DDS Raymond is great and took care of our needs. So I made an appointment with him also. He is there for what you want not what he wants, He explains everything in words we as a people understand and does what you ask . I give him and his staff a 5 Star , I am so happy and pleased we found this Team.

Simply amazing. Like most people, Ive never been a huge fan of the dentist. They make you feel extremely welcome, and not rushed at all. I believe the pricing is extremely reasonable, as is their in-house insurance plan. For years Ive been looking for a dentist I could trust, and doesnt see you as just another dollar sign above your head. Dr. Lui gave me a thorough exam, and was very honest about the issues I had, but said the decision was ultimately mine on the work I needed done. If I could give six stars I would!

HI, my name is Cathy. We found Dr. Liu from 1-800-Dentist for my husband who had an emergency. Then I started going to Dr. Liu. I have seen approximately 6 - 8 different dentists who were horrible!!! When I saw Dr. Lui, I truly was amazed at how gentle, kind and patient he was with me. I have been terrified of anyone working on my mouth since the other dentists hurt so bad - but not Dr. Lui! He and his staff and very friendly and helpful. I will be a patient as long as I live!!!

I absolutely love getting my teeth cleaned at Dr. Lius! The hygienists are always wonderful and my teeth leave feeling brand new. Ashley is extremely helpful, kind and patient with booking appointments and I love the email and text message reminders, very important when your life is booked full. Dr. Liu does incredible dentistry when you need work done (painless!) and has fixed any issues we have had. Our family has been going here for years and will continue to do so.
