I went to the clinic after signing up for a promotion for at the Kitsap Home and Garden Show. For $25.00 youd receive a consultation and massage. I knew I had some problems and it couldnt hurt, so I signed up. My husband warned me that some chiropractors will say different things when you go and see them and he was right. I got the promised consultation but was given the option to pay $50.00 for x-rays. I was curious and took the x-rays but was told that Id have to make another appointment for the massage. That is when I wasnt happy but played along. It goes back to my husband stating that some chiropractors are known to use tactics to see you again. I go back to look at my x-rays to confirm that I do have some problems. This is when I was told that my insurance wouldnt cover my care, which isnt their fault and that I would need specialized care. I was given expensive payment options that were also not going to work. I got my massage but not before I was told that I had to pay for the x-rays from last time since my insurance didnt cover it. I tried to tell the woman that they charged my card the last time (I know this for a fact because soon as I got home the $50.00 was already on my online banking statement). She shakes her head, insisting that she put the card on record but didnt charge it. I was upset and didnt want to give them my card to pay for the same x-rays that I knew for a fact that I had pay for but did anyway. This is when I vowed to find another chiropractor and never go back. I knew that I was going to enroll in an online graduate school program in December. For this reason I cannot have people overcharge me for something then pretend to be politely argumentative to charge me for the same thing twice. I had to rethink my budget the first time to give them the initial $50.00. Now they want to charge me an additional $49.00 for the same x-rays? I need to have an honest relationship with my healthcare providers, both ethically and financially. That is what did it for me. Im not saying they are not reputable, but I have anxiety and tend to get worked up when I am situations when I am told two different things and shot down when I try and explain.

Dr. Stedman is the best. I really appreciate his care for my husbands spine and my own! Just recently, I signed up for the nutrition program that is available through the clinic and I LOST 20 LBS!!!!!!!! This was a major milestone because I have REALLY been trying to lose weight. I was chubby! Now I have no problem eating what I am supposed to. I feel like I have detoxed from poisonous "foods." It was a great experience and I feel totally sure that I will have no problem losing the next 15-20 pounds and become a thin person for the first time in 10 years. Yay Dr. Stedman!!!!

I have always had frequent problems with my back since I broke 3 ribs playing high school football. When I was out in Washington visiting some friends they recommended The Chiropractors Clinic. I figured I might as well give them shot because of the incredible pain I was experiencing. They took great care of me and I was feeling better almost instantly!! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the area! They are great, they care, and do an amazing job! I would give 10 stars if possible!!!
