This place is awesome. I can have acupuncture, massage and chiropractor all in the same place. The office staff is friendly and very nice people. I have had chronic lower back pain in the range of 15 to 20 every day for two years( using a pain scale of 1-10). The pain was interfering with my ability to think, concentrate and memory issues (other form of head aches). My personal life is changing drastically, I am able to exercise and walk around and see things. Before coming here I was using a electric cart to shop at the grocery store, now I can shop with just walking. I am able to cook and clean again without frequent breaks. I still have numbness in my leg ( I look back and can not believe how many days went by and I was in, so much pain. I was persistent in not take pain killers to deal with pain). I did try other chiropractors and physical therapy, but this place is obviously the best. They are flexible with my constant change in schedule and I give them a few days notice of change. I pay when the service is rendered, so I have no billing issues or contact with billing department. Oh, this was the first time in my life that I did acupuncture and I see my over all health is changing and reversing some of the numbness in my leg (or I see hope of reversing some of the numbness in my leg). Awesome place.

While I enjoyed Dr Williams demeanor and the way he handled patients, his office is poorly managed with an office staff who lacks any skill. They continued to bill me and see me even after my coverage had run out, and waited months later to inform me. During two years there, I received only two statements of my running balance there. The office manager would never be available for phone calls and would always be away from the desk or on another call when I needed assistance. My appointments would get double booked or cancelled without my knowledge. And my massage visits never got billed to insurance, even though they were covered. Dr Jims practice would excel if he got a new competent staff to support him.

I was unable to walk much for over 2 yrs. due to a pelvic injury. I spent thousands of dollars at the specialist and for MRI but they couldnt find out what was wrong. Dr. Williams made 1 adjustment and I felt better!!!!! One of my pelvic bones was stuck causing all the horrible pain. We have been working on this for a couple of months now and Im down to 1 adjustment per week. Dr. Williams really cares about his patients and I recommend him to everyone. Dominique the receptionist is great too!

I to had a problem with the counter girl and stopped going for a while, but i am pleased to say she is no longer there!! My issues was never with the doctor who is pleasant and knows what he is doing it was with the receptionist. They do take insurance but everyones insurance is different and they may need to collect at time of service. The reason that there is computers to check you in is to make sure the office runs smoothly and sufficiently!!
