Made an appointment a week and a half ago giving dr. Kleins office a second chance since my first phone call to make an appointment was rude. My wife however showed up today on 2/22 at 9:20 was told sorry we cant see you I double booked but here fill out the papers (and waste my time in hopes the other client doesnt show up) but of course that individual shows up 20 minutes late from their appointment and gets to be seen. What happened to customer courtesy this office certainly doesnt have any. I would think if I giving an office a second chance for their rudeness of my first phone call come to find out its a daily thing and I wont be recommending their office and canceling my appointment do this Saturday. I do hope dr. Klein appreciate your Valiant efforts to retain new clients

So I called this morning to cancel my appointment for this upcoming Saturday on 9-25 and Jenny who answered the phone didnt care at all on why I was canceling. My reasoning is the rudeness and unprofessional nature on how new address clients youve tried to reach on one occasion not several as you so delicately put it to my wife whom appointment was this morning. Come to find out this is our appointment $60 but how about clients that are late to their appointment when others are early you would think you would try and squeeze them in. I will gladly take my money and service elsewhere in Olympia other than your office being close to my home

Great Office! very little to no wait. Dr. Klein is Friendly, Professional and Caring! I am a patient for chronic pain and now a car accident. I am getting relief and my quality of life has greatly improved! The Staff are excellent, attentive and very accommodating to needs and requests. I wish all my Doctors’ offices were like Klein Chiropractic then I could spend more time enjoying life rather than sitting in lobbies and waiting rooms. I definitely recommend Klein Chiropractic!

I love this office. I had some improvement after a few months of physical therapy and massage therapy but was still stuck with a lot of issues. I finally decided to make an appointment at Dr. Kleins office. Its the best decision I have made so far. Dr. Klein is awesome, really listens to your concerns and genuinely cares about his clients. The ladies there are super friendly, too. Its just an all around great atmosphere.
