I went in to get my daughters teeth cleaned and a cavity filled, however, the front deak clerk Nicole was absolutely horriblely rude. Im pregnant with severe morning sickness. They did not have a water fountain, the hygienist told me to ask the front desk clerk, Nicole for a cup of water and when I did , she said no???? No apologies. In addition because I was severely sick and throwing up blood(as I needed to go to hosptial because of the throwing up blood issue) I asked if I could reschedule the cavity filling portion of the dental work , she said it would be considered missing an appointment and my daughter would not be welcomed back???They must have too much business for her to treat people as she does. I presonally prefer friendly dental experiences....she made this experience an absolute nightmare.

I LOVE Ranier Dental. I live in Bellingham and make the drive two and a half hours just for this Dentist. Hes amazing. Always makes you feel comfortable. Its a really fancy nice new office, sparkly and clean! But regardless, even in the old office everyones always so polite! Its 100% worth my drive every time.

Been taking my son here for 6 months. A month ago my son had pain in his mouth I called and was able to get in the next day. We never have to wait more than 10 minutes and we are out the door with in an hour. Personable ladies are the front desk and friendly dental crew. Dentists are very kid friendly.

Kendall Lipp is one of the owrst Office Managers around very unhelpful and rude with smart remarks. The worst customer service. Had to call a whole other office to get my bill taken care of. Do not go here if you dont have to.

This place used to be good but the new dentist is awful! They required pointless x-rays that arent cover by insurance companies and push crowns on every little cavity! Will never go back .
