After going to Seamar and getting just one cavity filled, I am in serious pain! I got this cavity filled 9 months ago and have been in insane amounts of pain for months and months, after becoming a new patient it took them 1 1/2 months just to schedule an app. to get one filling done. I came back 2 months later because that was the soonest they could see me. I explained the serious pain I was in, they referred me to a specialist because they believed I needed a root canal after the filling they gave me. The specialist prescribed me painkillers and gave me a mouth guard in hopes of saving the tooth and helping with my severe pain but I now have nerve damage and will be going to multiple appointments just to save the tooth that they claim to have fixed... PLEASE DO NOT COME TO SEAMAR. I CANNOT EXPLAIN HOW MUCH PAIN IVE BEEN IN!!!!! And if you have state insurance, Seamar is not the only dentist in the area that accepts it, there are plenty others.

I want to just start by saying that I usually dont write reviews and I really dislike going to The dentist, but this place is great! The people at this clinic were wonderful! I had two wisdom teeth that I needed removed because they were causing me immense pain and swelling, but I dont have insurance so I was reluctant to even go in. I called their clinic Friday afternoon, the clerk was so sweet and assured me that they have a sliding fee scale and payment plans available. She even scheduled me an appointment for the next day! I went in and the assistants were really sweet. Dr. Shireman even pulled my teeth the same day. It took maybe an hour all together, and not even 15 minutes to pull them out! I didnt have to pay anything up front at all and they made sure I understood everything about how to heal properly and my medication. My mouth is feeling a lot better already! I will definitely be back to do my cleanings and checkups.

The woman in resources was put in an awkward position by the dentist , however she handled it to the best of her ability . The dentist who does extractions is very rude and frankly unprofessional . If you arent capable of doing an extraction in the first place dont blame it on the patient being nervous. Simply say I dont feel comfortable with my skill level. He only finished one of my extractions out of 4 wisdom teeth, I now have to go through this again and pay for the anesthesia because of someone elses incompetence . I handle pain very well just because I am a petit girl doesnt mean that I let it get the best of me. I was not crying, squirming or causing any delay . I have had a child through 100% natural child birth, I have multiple tattoos and piercings , I have had tumors removed from my breasts, I think I know when I can handle pain at this point.

Horrible place with very unprofessional staff !!! Never again ! I asked 4 times for x- ray copys and only got lied to and treated like crap by everyone I talked to ! Almost basically told me to get screwed ! The first two times I asked to send them to my address and they told me they was sent and they never showed up ,and then the third time they told me they would send my stuff to the my dentist and that never happened ! I finally supposedly got it coming in the mail after numerous complaints and attempts ! Its like talking to people who hate there job ! What a joke ! People understand this place is garbage and a waste of your time ! I cancelled alot of appointments because of this place and there lies and games ! And my dentist told me about every patient she get from sea Mar complains and she cant even get them to do there job !!!!!

Would be nice if I didnt have to wait two months inbetween appointments. Started with a tooth that needed a basic drilling and filling but took so long for next appointment cavity exposed the nerve and ended up having it pulled. Also the Dr. Was working on another patient at the exact same time if Im paying for an hour appointment I better have your full attention during that hour. But not the staffs fault I could tell management lacks judging by all the staff being scheduled at to come in at exactly the time of opening being forced to rush there opening duties. Hats off to the staff that keep smiles on their face through out their shifts

Ok have waited so long for fillings that my teeth are breaking in my mouth, 3 teeth gone...and one front tooth has shattered. Whats most depressing is how I had an appointment with the specialist and she put my front tooth off until other fillings are done! If that makes sense, I wish someone would explain it to me. My whole self-confidence is gone with those front teeth! My wife has waited a painful year for a tooth that was just a cavity and now shes in extreme pain all the time! What can I do for her?

There is a dentist, female she looks latina, shes very rude and mean. She has kicked me out twice (two different occasions) when i went with my bf . One she did it iut in the waiting room..she embarrased me in front of everyone... Also. They called my bf to change his time of appointment. ..thats very iconsiderate and inconvenient. He works..there is a reason why they ask what time does one prefer. Why ask if they are just gona change it?

I dont mind if the dentist is running late for my scheduled appointment. However, I would like to be treated like a human being, not a person on an assembly line. The the dentist and dental assistant could start with a simple introduction and a 5 minute treatment plan or options moving forward. Nope, dentist walked out the room unbeknown to me. I think its time to find a new community dental center.

This place is horrible. I checked in as a new patient because I needed a tooth extracted. They did x-rays and told me I had to go to the emergency room to get antibiotics. Basically they used my X-rays for the year. They did not help me at all. Just got paid off my X-rays and new patient exam!!

The staff has been 5 STAR QUALITY ever since I needed my tooth pulled!!! Dr. Taylor was a true blessing..and all of the Dental team. I would and have recommended friends and family to get their dental needs provided at Sea Mar on 11th & Cushman!!!!

Their staff is very well trained and very nice! I have retainers in my mouth and so when my cleaning came, they did a marvelous job working around them! I highly recommend them!
