Aspen Dental is a SCAM that employ amateurs and are only interested in their bottom line (surprise, surprise) For my consultation, they were "going to send me home with an electric toothbrush, special toothpaste and mouthwash" (like they were donating it because "they care so much about my dental health") NOT! So "free consultation" was going to sneakily be costing $200 if I hadnt said, "yeah, no thanks" I feel bad for the unassuming or elderly people these shysters pray on. I was already getting a bad feeling, I shouldve listened to my instincts because it gets worse... I just walked out of a halfway done root canal they didnt finish because they "ran out of time". Ive had my fair share of root canals and this is far and away THE WORST EVER. I got a hasty and painful shot of Novocain that numbed the entire side of my face AND my ear. And then I sat and waited. And waited. And waited. So after 3 HOURS of fumbling, waiting, equipment malfunction and general disorder they "ran out of time" The entire experience was very unprofessional and distressing. And while I was waiting to make the "ASAP appointment" to finish the job, the soonest they had was in 2 weeks. The sad thing is, I heard the overly fakey, friendly sales guy reeling another in.... Thats when I said "Ill take my business elsewhere" and I highly suggest NEVER going to an Aspen Dental anywhere.

I had no problems with my initial visit and extraction. I felt confident that this experience wasnt going to cost me a fortune after spending at least ten minutes with the "office manager" going over the quote that they generated through my insurance. I paid the day of my appointments so that I would stay current. OR SO I THOUGHT! Fast forward 8 weeks and I have to call and dispute the bill that they finally sent because they had entered the info in wrong, making it seem like my insurance had paid what I had actually paid when in reality they hadnt billed the insurance correctly. I thought the problem was resolved until today when my husband opened a final notice bill that shows that I somehow still owe over $300 (which is better than the previous bill of over $700). I called, again, only to be put immediately on hold for over 5 minutes (with no explanation), and was then told that they were going to have to rebill the insurance company AGAIN. Long story short - their "upfront pricing" that they go on and on about is a load of bs and they will go to just about any length to bleed you for every penny, the estimate they give you at the beginning is worthless! You have to watch the billing closely or you might end up "accidentally" overpaying. The dentist that I saw DEFINITELY was not so outstanding that I would ever waste my time and money here again!

Well I went there because I heard they had affordable pricing and it was fairly close. One my first visit I was there for about 2 1/2 hours, they told me I need an extraction and that it would be 200. When I went in for my appointment they pulled me in the back and started the procedure. After about an hour of it the dentist informed me that I would need surgery. My mouth hurt like hell, I had to drive home and have my girlfriend drive me to some other office where they informed me they needed 1090 up front. I cant afford that! This all could have been avoided if Aspen dental would have looked into my situation a little further. The financing didnt waste anytime letting me know I am not approved. Now I have a broken tooth and tore up gums.

I was so used to pressure from other dental clinics on procedures that werent necessary. Went here and I dont believe ill ever go to another clinic. Everyone on there staff from the hygienist to the office manager truly show a concern and willingness to help. Sara my hygienist was amazing and recommended items that she deemed most important at the time. Josh the office manager was great and provided amazing communication skills when it came down to the bill and future procedures. And lastly Dr. Kenema, was exceptional and a doctor I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a soft understanding approach. Lets be honest we all hate the dentist but in this case its hard to hate this clinic. Would 100% recommend this clinic!

I took my mom into Aspen due to her having an infection in her jaw. I was nervous as my mom is elderly and I wanted to be sure she was cared for. I was disappointed that the procedure could not be completed on the same day due to the swelling from the infection but the Dentist calmly explained why is was necessary that she wait. I like being informed and informed I was. I feel that the care my mom received, the price paid, the facility cleanliness and staff friendliness and care met expectations. For someone like me that is overly-protective of my mom, I left the office feeling satisfied that I had made the right decision in bringing her to Aspen.

Straight up LIARS, I called on a Friday waiting outside another dental office who wanted 240 to pull wisdom tooth and they told me 130. I am a disabled vet and they dont give us dental insurance and on a fixed income. Well they said on phone first visit free and prob include the tooth pull. Thought wow I can deal with pain for two more days. Well showed up Monday and they say no no only mouth exam free and 150+ for tooth exactraion. Got up 6 drive and hour 10min out of way with traffic just to find out they LIE. Well its OK just keep waking up in middle of night with pain and avoiding food for 2-3 months til can pay to get work done.

Very good for general dental care. They have modern digital x ray equipment and I was very happy with the dental hygienists that do the cleaning. Office and equipment was clean and comfortable. I had a couple of small cavities, one of which the dentist asked me if I would like done without anesthesia, which I found to be very preferable -- no frozen mouth afterwards and no residual pain. The anesthetic that was administered was done so in an expert fashion. The billing office feels a bit like a moderate pressure sales pitch. I would skip the $120 toothbrush and go for the cheaper one that works the same and runs on AA batteries.

Uncaring. All they want is money. The dental hygenist/dentist did some deep cleaning on my fiances bottom teeth, and damaged a nerve in the process, and more than likely caused a bone infection as well. They dont seem to want to do anything about it. Excuses. I dont feel they dont take pride in the quality of service they provide. Money is the driver behind their operation, they will not do anything unless they are payed up front, and once they get that money, then it is like you become a bother to them. Do not go to Aspen Dental. There are other, more qualified, dentists in town to go to.

The staff was amazing, very informative and understanding. They were extremely prepared. The team helped me develope a plan to fix all dental needs at great prices. Josh was welcoming and broke down every step for me, procedure, billing and future appointments. Dr. K. was fast and efficient. I felt no pain the entire time, she was kind and answered all questions with educated detailed responses. Phuong provided me with a thorough cleaning and educated me on future brushing methods. I learned so much! Overall great experience I will be going back for all dental needs in the future.
