I went to this dental facility on a recommendation of a co-worker needless to say I was less then impressed. They scheduled me a 2 hour appointment to take full mouth x-rays and also do a routine teeth cleaning. After and hour and a half they had only just finished my x-rays. This was because they took an extremely long time to get the machine ready then the girl taking the x-rays was not really sure what she was doing she even admitted that to me. The Doctor came in for a brief moment pointed out a few problems and then said that I would have to make another appointment to have the cleaning. Even though there was a half an hour left. I agreed and made an appointment. I placed the appointment time and date in my planner and asked if they would please call me the day before my appointment, which they stated they always did. Needless to say they called a week later saying I had missed my appointment. I explained how I was told the appointment was this date the following month and I was also told I would receive a reminder call and I didnt. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and told me I would have to pay a 37$ fee for missing my appointment. I said fine and asked if I could make another appointment she told me they would call me if one opened and hung up the phone. The older receptionist there is extremely rude and unprofessional. I will not be recommending this facility to anyone.

Mar 2015 This was the office I changed to after 40 years with a office in Oregon City. I wasnt unhappy at my other office, just tired of the drive after moving to SW Portland I shopped around a lot and found Dr. Houlihand. I have always had a good experience at your office. I have never waited very long at all and most the time, even when Im early, Im taken right in. Painless experience for all procedures. This is the first shot I have had (while awake) and Dr Houlihan makes them easy to tolerate. All the staff are pleasant to be around, and make me feel very welcome, like I have been a patient for years, and Im new. I got two dental implants and a cleaning, so a real experience. Feb-2017 I have now been with this dentistry for almost two years and although they have changed to a new dentist, she is wonderful and very good with the needle and procedures. I hardly feel it at all. I have now had two implants and two fillings and recently broke an old crown and now Im having that re-done. I would highly recommend this office for any dental needs. Im very pleased with their expertise and care. They are knowledgeable and gentle and always concerned about your comfort. I would definitely recommend their service!

I have been going to Definite Dental for almost 20 years. They are very friendly and professional, and have always done a great job of taking care of me as a patient. Also, they always seem to be up to date on the latest technology in the dental industry. They also do a great job of notifying me as a reminder before my appointments to make sure I have them on my schedule, which is nice when there is 6 months between cleanings. I recently had an appointment and unlike visits to other doctors, they actually were ready for me and got me in at the same time as my appointment was set for. Marissa at the front desk was very nice offered me a bottle of water. Kristen cleaned my teeth and took ex-rays. She was very gentle and I didnt experience any pain throughout the process. She was also a pleasure to talk to throughout the process. Dr. Agarwal came right in to finish the examination as soon as my cleaning was done, without me having to wait. I can honestly say that my experience couldnt have been better!

I have gone to Definition Dental for many years now. I have a fear of the dentist due to a horrid childhood experience. I had tried several dentists in the Beaverton area and was never satisfied until I came to Definition Dental. Dr. Agarwal recently gave me a crown. She was thorough and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. If I display anxiety, they are understanding and patient with me. Marissa at the front desk knows me by name and always offers me bottled water. I have never had to wait for my appointment. Lisa and Kristen, the dental assistant and hygienist, are two of the kindest people I ever met and they both are amazing at what they do. I highly recommend this group for your dental needs.

I dad the best dental experience at Dr. Timothy Houlihans office, him and hes team are very helpful and knowledgeable, they made me feel welcomed since the very first day I walked in to the office, Jessica and Marissa at the front desk are very nice and professional Lisa and Kristen did a awesome job taking care of my teeth and Dr. Houlihan was there the whole time making sure everything was going good and answering all my questions, all my dental work was done perfectly and they were always available every time I had any questions, I will recommend Dr. Houlihan and his team to all my friends and family and I will continue to visit them regularly to make sure my teeth stay nice and healthy

I went there for a cleaning, which was great. The hygienist was very polite, explained things very well and did a great job. I did have some cavities and came back for three additional appointments to get my cavities filled. The dentist, Dr. Agarwal, was very professional and i can honestly say of all the dentists Ive visited over the years, she did the best job of filling the cavities. When it was over, i couldnt even tell that anything was done, my bite was exactly as it was before. Also, she was very conservative and wanted to try everything she could before performing a root canal and crown, which I appreciated very much. Cannot recommend her and her staff enough!!

I have been a patient at Definition Dental for over eighteen years and I couldn’t be happier about the service and care I have received during that time. The staff has always been exceptionally friendly and considerate. It is obvious that patient-centered care and customer service are highly valued at this clinic. I am always greeted with a smile and have never had to wait more than five minutes to be called back for my appointment. I recently underwent a procedure done by their new dentist Dr. Agarwal, and she is fabulous! I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding dental care in the Beaverton area.

Incredible customer service!!! I was running VERY late for my appointment & showed up 30 minutes after I was supposed to be there & they still found a way to squeeze me in. I couldnt believe it!!! Every person I encountered was OverTheTop friendly & accommodating - totally unexpected since it was my fault I was so late - and while Im sure my appointment was probably shorter than usual I because of my tardiness, I never felt like I was being rushed through. I received a thorough exam & cleaning and left feeling even better than when I had walked in. SuperStarStaff & Service!!!

I am a HUGE FAN of Definition Dental. I (like most people) dont think of going to the dentist as something I want to do, but I have to say that I love Definition Dental. I have never had a bad experience there. The Dental Hygienists are sincerely caring people, as are the front office staff. They are super accommodating and very positive people. I find their work to be extremely detailed oriented, professional, and gentle. I have been to the swanky downtown Portland places, but Definition Dental has my business, as well as my familys. You will not be disappointed.
