About two years ago, I went to a dentist in Vienna to have a badly infected tooth pulled and replaced with a solid zirconium Bioimplant. There was a potential infection beneath that implant and although I needed to get a crown for it, I also needed to be certain that the Bioimplant would not have to be pulled and replaced before I had that crown installed. It has been a challenge finding a good dentist in the Olympia, Wa. area and fortunately I found Dr. Jordan Collins at the Light Dental Studio in Lacey. Dr. Collins did all the necessary research to determine what would be required to install a crown on this unique kind of implant. In advance of that procedure, yesterday I had two damaged crowns replaced (more accurately, I began the process by having their impressions taken and having temporaries installed.) This procedure took over two hours and I was quite comfortable the entire time thanks to the expertise of Dr. Collins with the help of his extremely gifted, attentive and caring dental assistant Jordyn. My entire experience with the Light Dental Studio has been extremely pleasant and positive including extremely competent and helpful interactions with Crystal, Lindzey, Casey and all of the front staff. Having moved here recently from Los Angeles, I am both relieved and very pleased to have found such a wonderful dental office and superb dentist in Dr. Collins. Highly, highly recommended.

Great place to go to have your dental experience. I was in here doing some dental work and the staff did not make me feel ashamed or embarrassed and made me feel calm, at ease and at home. Dr "T" is awesome. I had her work on me and after I was done she did a follow call after hours to see how I was doing (I do not now of any other dentist who committs like this). I had one other issue and she had dedicated her time and drove to a convient place "Puyallup" for me to ensure I was pain free. To this date my whole family will tell me that this place is great. The committment the dentist had truly reflects the kind of experience, hospitality and professionalism "Light Dental Studios" offers. You just have to go in and see what theyre all about. Im relocating to another state and Im considering flying back to the state of Washington to see this dental office for any future work, cleaning or recommendations. I trust this place and I wouldnt want to go anywhere else.

Like most people I have issues with visits to the dentist. And like most people was in some discomfort and had to make an appointment to see the dentist. I went on line and started looking for a dentist that had Good reviews was not to far from home and whom I had a good feeling about. I called Light Dental Studios and from the moment the phone was answered by the friendly staff I felt like a member of the "family". I had questionWhen I had my actual Dental appointment I was put at ease by the staff. They were professional and friendly. They cared about my Dental health and I wanted to take better care of my Dental health for them. I have even convinced my husband to go and he to is taking better care of his teeth. I have nothing but respect for Light Dental Studios. They genuinely care about you health. I will keep going to Light Dental Studios for my Dental health. Give them a try!

Terrible customer service, full of excuses and indifference. My wife was trying to get an estimate on finishing her braces. Shed had an exam by them already to assess her braces. The receptionist failed to call her back on 3 occasions. The owner was even sitting there the final time and didnt speak up once as the receptionist who swore up and down shed call us, made even more excuses why she didnt call us again. This is a terrible way to treat potential customers. We dealt with them for two months waiting for them to give us the estimate. No more games with this trash dental studio. ********update***** After the posting of this review the dentist personally reached out to us and apologized for the way everything worked out. A very professional response that has gone far in our initial opinion of this clinic. We are giving them another chance with our business and will update in the future

After 15 years of not having insurance to get dental assistance, I landed a job with the perfect health plan! I love these dentists as well as the staff. Everyone is friendly, accommodating and thoroughly informative every time I come in! They explain everything they are doing, go over all treatment and patent options and the outcome is not only whats best for you, but also whats most comfortable for you, as well as affordable. They care about you and your teeth, not their paychecks. Ive never been to any medical office that fully supports the patient in such a way! Ill stick with these guys from now on. They even open during hours that accommodate people with high demand jobs that you just cant take time away from. ....that is important to me. Thank you to everyone involved!

My whole family goes to Light Dental in Puyallup. Both my older kids (4, and 8) love going to the dentist and look forward to their teeth cleanings. Dr. Dunn and the rest of the staff are very accommodating to the needs of the kids and myself ( she managed to clean my squirmy 1yr olds teeth) and everyone is very welcoming and seem to enjoy everything about their jobs. Light Dental seems to be much more efficient, with up to date tools and technology than other places my friends go to. I am happy to find a place that can handle both kids and adults, and make our dental experiences easy, and stress free.

My daughter and I have gone to Light Dental for 3.5 years. We have had nothing but a wonderful, positive experience with them! They do everything possible to work with you, they thoroughly explain things and the staff is kind. They are wonderful with children and have an area in the waiting room with activities for kids while waiting, (in my experience) they run on time, and have multiple locations to service many areas. We always recommend Light Dental to anyone who is seeking out a dental practice to bring their family to. They are truly great!

Greatest Experience!!! I was very nervous about going to dentist and it just hurts everytime I go to dentist but this place is amazing. The staffs are nice doctors are all kind and i just got done debridement and I told the doctor that i was fearful and doctor suggested me a gum numbing gel thing and put it around my gum and it wasnt hurting as much! now im not that nervous when I go to dentist anymore or atleast at this place. Highly recommended!

Dr Collins and his crew have been amazing since day one when I was 6 months pregnant and had terrible tooth pain. They got me in in a Saturday and have worked with me every step of the way since then. Shea is great with my two year old and even though Ive only been in a handful of times they remember me and my family. I have been to many senators in my life by this group is hands down the best I have ever been to.
