AVOID THIS PLACE. I went to this place for a consultation and Dr Jacqueline Kotula , told me this will be a good commitment and she was not sure If I was ready for that . She without ask about my insurance or my financial situation , she already had the assumptions that I cannot afford the treatment . So she went to talk with the receptionist , and the receptionist told me they will send me by e-mail or give me a call let me know the cost of my treatment. I waiting and I did not received nothing . I called and asked about , they came with many excuses , that the Dr was busy, etc. How they can treat people like that ? I do have insurance and also I can afford to pay for the treatment in case that insurance doesnt not cover the entire treatment. I think Dr Dr Jacqueline Kotula should be more human and treat patients with the respect they deserve. My dog received a better treatment from his veterinarian than I received from DR Dr Jacqueline Kotula

It was great until I needed teeth guards. They took the molds and said they would call me for a fitting in a few days. I would call and call....they were too embarrassed to tell me they lost them. Meanwhile the substantial fee is still on my credit card. The dentist refused to call me back like I asked. They had my money....then office manager told me to stop harassing them.. She rudely told me never to come back. Yet they kept my several hundred dollars. They kept my money until I called my credit card company. Their office management is so disastrous... They actually sent me a text today to. Schedule my teeth cleaning today....seriously?

Dr Kotula is amazing. Root canals are never a fun thing but makes it as pain free as possible. She is beyond knowledgable and she truly will give you all of your options. I trust her implicitly with all of my dental care and never second guess her diagnosis. She does NOT over diagnose and she truly practices out of a care for people. I recommend everyone come here for their care. Amazing hygienists, knowledgable staff, and loving and caring doctors who just want to put you in the best health possible.

Ive hated going to the dentist since I was a small child. Marin Dental took the worry away, and made me feel nice and relaxed. Lets face it. Going to the dentists office ranks up there with doing tax forms and fixing plumbing on the "Ill just do that tomorrow" list. So much so that I avoided it for about two years. MDC made it as painless as possible, and made me feel quite at home. I would say that if you hate dentists offices, go HERE!

AMAZING experience here. The office is state-of-the-art and beautifully kept. The front desk staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I see Dr. Jacqueline Kotula and she does a phenomenal job. Extremely professional, courteous, and super nice. I feel so comfortable and well taken care of here. I very strongly recommend this dental practice. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent dental office in San Rafael/Terra Linda. Right off of 101 so very convenient. They just did a major remodel and the place looks fantastic now, never seen such a high tech and clean dental office. They were able to see me on a Saturday which was amazing and the dentist even called me that night to see how I was doing after the procedure, great customer service.

Something just isnt "right" with this place. It looks great inside but they have sent me confirmation for appointments twice only to come in and say they have no record. They did a crown on my tooth, and it just doesnt fit right--my tooth feels dead and its going to have to be re-done. It all looks & sounds good here but I would label this place "incompetent" overall.

I even had a Skype call with Dr. Chase in August of 2014, me calling from Indonesia with a dental concern. He took my call, offered advice and set my mind at ease.
