We have been through a lot with Dr Roberts and the staff at the hospital. Through it all -- from helping us with our"rescue" pets Nattie and Buster, our cat and most recent dog, to discovering Lymes disease in our beloved dog Max, to putting down our sweet old cat Colonel -- they have all been the epitome of compassionate and professional. When Colonel was at her end, Dr Roberts asked if I had a "connection" to her that would indicate what she wanted. I still dont know if thats what she wanted, but he made me feel that our choice was the right one. He always explains exactly what is going on, even if I dont always understand. His staff is the best. My only complaint is that sometimes its hard to schedule appointments, but Im sure thats only because hes so popular.

If you want a good vet in Berkeley Springs. Dr. Roberts is the guy! He is very caring about the animals well being. He is a great person. Is very detailed about the problem you pet is having and will be very truthful about what he thinks should be done. The staff is also excellent and caring. I would always recommend taking your pets there.

I have never in my 40 years of owning dogs, met a more caring and kind veterinarian! His deep understanding of the canine mind makes him TOP VET in my book. He let my very timid girl come to him and waited patiently until she did. Hes AMAZING!! You would not go wrong to take your canine family member to him.

Dr Roberts is phenomenal! His staff are amazing! He is very thorough and compassionate in his work. We unfortunately moved out of the area so we had to establish with a new vet. We will always be grateful to him for going above and beyond for our dogs.
