I went in on a Saturday afternoon. Had a 102 fever, body aches and a headache for 4 days. After waiting over 2 hours they did a flu test and chest x-ray. The Dr then came in and told me that there was nothing wrong with me and if I disagree I should go to the er. She then called the er and told them I was on my way and they should do a spinal tap. I then told her I would not be going to the er. I went home took some meds and laid down. 3 hours later the Dr calls and States that I have pneumonia and would call me in antibiotics. But it was so late the pharmacy was closed. I will never go back to this place. The staff was friendly but friendly can help a sick person. Also the waiting area was really really hot and the ladies behind the desk said because they get cold and didnt want to wear a jacket. Shouldnt patients come first?

I had been battling a throat infection and got to the point I couldnt speak. Only being able to text in my phone, I would communicate with the staff and medical personnel by texting and then showing them on my screen. They were patient with me and genuinely concerned that I get treated immediately. The doctor had incredible bed side manner and to be honest, I have never been to a clinic or hospital that was so professional, concerned, and hospitable. The final icing on the cake was the price. I cant get health coverage even under the Affordable Health Care act because I dont make enough income... (I know that sounds weird but its the truth!) so... I have to pay cash for all medical treatment. Med Express was so inexpensive, I thought there was a catch at first but its real and they are great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Every time my wife or I have came to this place it has been a bad experience...i had to take a drug test for a job and I checked it and waited and waited waited some more and a hour has already passed and Im still in the waiting having to pee really bad and asked if the was a way I I can go head and take the test and was told I had to wait....iv already over a hour to pre in a cup and I had to go really bad and it takes less then 3 minutes for it to be done....amd one more thing the FAT ASS Brown hair girl with the glasses that checks you in is no where near qualified for her job shes she rude as can be and she looks down upon people and acts like shes better than you and you dont know what your talking...she needs to find a new job and move on

I would give 5 stars but every time I go in its extremely slow. i sat in the waiting area for an hour and a half with only 5 or 6 people in front of me. Once youre in the back youre out in the blink of an eye and its more convenient to go there and spend 2 hours than to the hospital and spend 6-8 hours.

My 1 yr old son broke out in a horrible rash and was barely eating. Took under an hour. My son loved the doctor and nurses. Answered all my questions and during the exam she made it a game so my son enjoyed it.

My dad cut his hand open with a knife and was two inches deep in his palm. He went in and got out in 15 minutes. In less than a week you couldnt even tell it happened
