I absolutely loved Dr eke when I first switched my son to them two years ago. Well about a month ago he started having trouble with going number 2. He was seen twice by them they told me it was normal and he was fine, did no testing no x ray nothing. My boy was screaming in pain to go it was horrible. So I took him to er and urgent care in Winchester and come to find out its the lactose making him cramp, I cut him off diary and switched milk and hes been fine ! Well I posted on fb for a Dr I could get a second option from before I figured out problem and I called to have my daughter seen and they told me I couldnt be seen bc I degraded them on social media and said I was finding a new provider when all I said was I wanted a second option. The staff is a complete JOKE they have me livid. The bathroom for pt was dirty when I was in there last the Dr is amazing its the staff who is a JOKE!

The doctor here is not very competent. For instance, we went there 1 week after a camping trip because my son had poison ivy pretty bad. She actually told us that scratching the sores will spread the rash. Really? After a week? Everyone knows that just a wives tale. Recently, we took my son in for what was clearly an abscess on his foot thinking she would lance it or at least prescribe antibiotics. My wife is a very experienced vet tech who can spot an abscess a mile away. The doctor said it was an irritated callous and to soak it and put Vaseline on it. Here we are, the very next day, and its so painful, and obviously puss filled that he cant walk on it and were taking him to urgent care. Even the hours of operation are wrong on their door. They only stay open until 5, not 7. We are looking for a new pediatrician.

The positive reviews on here are written by the staff. Im not making that up. Pay the office a visit and you will see. Do NOT go to this woman. You can definitely find a more caring doctor elsewhere. The woman seems to be more concerned with taking your money than showing care and concern for your child. I have heard her getting HORRIBLY nasty with staff/clients. ALWAYS running late and thats even if she sees your kid! We usually saw the nurse and hardly ever the doctor. But if you DO get to see the doctor, you will know because you will sit in the waiting room for half an hour AFTER your appointment was supposed to start before she decides to come deal with you. Find a nicer, more caring doctor. Please. Just trust me. Do NOT come here.

The Nurse practitioner, Lori, who we saw today was amazing! She was very thorough and answered all of our questions. The front desk girl was very friendly. The nurses were all very helpful and were great with my children, 3 of whom were seen in one visit. We sought out City Pediatrics for Allergy Testing and it was all completed on the same day. The staff that performed the test went above and beyond to help my children feel comfortable and meet all of our needs. I would HIGHLY recommend City Pediatrics to any other parent!!

I completely agree with LeAnn Wilsons statement couldnt of been more on point. Took my son and daughter in for routine shots. My son got his and he staying crying (expected). This made my daughter start crying and the staff would not let me calm her down. They said we dont have time for this and proceeded to stab my daughter. I gave them a second chance as my wife got a job there in the front office. She respectively put her 2 weeks in but couldnt finish it because they treated her with disrespect. Done

receptionists were very helpful and caring. on the other and Dr. Eke was more concerned with telling me my daughter was just fine (while my daughter was in may arms wheezing) later that same day my daughter was admitted into the hospital with pneumonia in the left upper part of her lung. later on at her follow up (not my choice to go back there) she told me that the radiologists didnt know how to read an ex-ray. in the end, i would not and do not recommend this office at all.

I will never take my children to another pediatrician. Dr. Eke is a world of knowledge and ensures we have a good understanding of anything we need to know before leaving the office. Her and her staff are absolutely amazing! She has added a Laboratory service to her office and they are just wonderful! Thank you so much to the staff of City Pediatrics for putting the worries to rest for an overprotective father!

Today was my daughters very first appointment here at this office for a physical! The staff and NP was phenomenal with her and made her feel very comfortable! She wasnt scared or nervous! My daughter even had to have 3 shots and they were great! My daughter even asked when she was coming back to the office. I definitely recommend this office 100% if youre looking for a pediatric office. They were awesome! ☆☆☆☆☆

Dr. Eke is blunt and straight to the point! She only cares about the well being of the child! She does not play into parents manipulation and could care less about home life drama! She is the first to educate on right vs wrong. If you dont like honesty, she is not the pediatrician for you. If you want someone who only has the best interest of your child at heart, she is the pediatrician for you.

Extremely unprofessional. Hannah lost some of my paper and and could not be bothered with telling me until after I drove 40 minutes with 2 children, even after I called 2 hours before my appointment to see if I needed to bring anything. I was warned about this place having a reputation for high turn over and misdiagnosis I should have listened. WILL NOT BE RETURNING

This is a very friendly office. They actually care about you, as a patient. Which you dont find to much anymore. They are on top of everything. I have not had to wait to get an appointment. I can make a future appointment. It is amazing. Plus they take there time you do not feel rushed. Hats off to City Pediatrics. Amazing staff and friendly atmosphere.
