Awesome place for kids!!! The office has plenty of toys and a playground in the waiting area, to include a dental chair for kids to climb on and get comfortable with the feel. in the exam room, the walls and ceilings are covered with toys and decorations to keep kids amused and the staff (ALL of them) are AMAZING with kids. They get the kids involved and talk to them to make sure they take pride in brushing their teeth, as well as understand HOW to do it. I took my son here for his 1st ever appointment, and as a little 2 year old, he had a screaming fit as soon as the doctor opened his mouth - the staff stayed totally calm and continued the exam, looking totally okay with it! If you are worried about your kid freaking out - they can handle it, as well as getting your kids to enjoy the visits. My son is now 5 and he looks forward to his appointments every time. They also come to schools to do educational presentations for the kids, which I hope to see happen at my sons school this year :o)

The understanding and flexibility all of the staff have makes for stress free dental appointments. Dr. McCorkle and his staff have an understanding of the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID?DD) and their positive supports helps facilitate a very positive experience. They also schedule the adults with ID/DD durning times when there are no children, which provides dignity for everyone.

I had to take my son to the dentist way before most people do, as he was born missing enamel on one of his front teeth. My son looks forward to going to the dentist thanks to Dr. McCorkle and staff. I appreciate all that you do to make him comfortable- glove balloons and that awesome treasure chest. Children wont have a fear of the dentist if their first experiences are enjoyable.

Outstanding staff! My son is twelve and has always been extremely apprehensive about visiting the dentist. The entire staff was so incredibly friendly and helped him to feel at ease. It really made a huge difference in my sons comfort level- he did great! This is by far the best dental office weve ever visited.

Dr. McCorkle is personable and up on todays dental procedures. Very friendly staff. There are visits were I had to wait but then there are visits when Im in and out in a flash. Regardless, Dr. McCorkle takes his time with you and gives you the time and care required. Great Dental Office.

Slow, odd & expensive, but friendly. Waited 45 minutes to be seen, total visit was over 2 hrs and 45 minutes for x-ray and consult. Information sheet asked odd and invasive questions. Cost for nitrous double what my dentist charges. Friendly staff.

Absolutely loved the experience as always. Dr. M is great with the kids, and the hygenist we had...What a treat. Very happy, personable, good hint to remove the red dye from the mouth rinse, etc. The kids, as always, love that playhouse.
