Very disappointed. Especially after hearing such good things. I reserved judgement regarding the run down, cramped office, and unprofessional, unknowledgeable office staff, hoping the Doctor herself would make it worthwhile. The nurse asked me three times who my son was. She then took three patients back to the exams room at the same time, leaving us to wander aimlessly while she changed the paper on the exam tables. When entering the rear of the building toward the back exam rooms and being overcome with the smell of cigarette smoke, I could no longer hope for Dr. Joe to rectify the situation. I took my son and left. While she may or may not be a wonderful doctor, her office and staff leave much to be desired.

She has been caring for my 2 girls for a couple of years now. I completely trust her and my girls adore her. She is caring, takes time with you and the staff is friendly and responsive. I do not like the set up of the new office as its very cramped and if there are no spaces in the "well child area" and I am stuck in the "germie area". I wish she had moved to a more spacious office. She is worth seeing though. Despite her office limitations, shes a great doctor.

My son was one of Dr. Joes first patients in Martinsburg and she has been wonderful since day one! The office area is cramped and the I have had some issues with billing, but other than that the office is exceptional. I will take a cramped office any day over exceptional care for my son. She has even called me herself the day after a visit to see how my son was doing. I cant ask for a better doctor!

Dr. Joe has been my daughters pediatrician since she was born. She is always so kind and gentle with her. We live in Winchester but we are more than willing to drive a half hour to have Dr. Joe as our doctor. Whenever we have needed an emergency appointment, they are very accomodating too, and get us in very quickly. Love the new office and the nurses there too!

Dr. Joe took care of me since I was a little boy, she always showed me kindness, respect and took great care to be thorough in each visit. When I have kids she will be their Doctor.

Dr. Joe is a wonderful pediatrician. She talks to the children and makes it a fun visit. Wait times can be long sometimes.
