Its not often I would consider giving a trip to the dentist five stars. I normally equate these trips to a "visit" with the IRS, which is why its been over two years since my last one. I was looking for a new dentist because my previous one was in Chantilly, VA, and thats a long drive from Martinsburg. As many of you would agree, the longer you put this type of thing off, the harder it is to get up the gumption to do it. Anyway, I bit the bullet (no pun intended) and made the appointment. About my experience: 1. I was seen right at the scheduled time - no waiting! 2. The staff was friendly, cordial, and put me at ease - I was pretty nervous because of how long it had been since my last dentist office visit. 3. They were fast but thorough. They did a complete x-ray profile of my mouth, and did a very thorough exam for mouth cancer, gum disease, and assessed the overall condition of my teeth, roots and all. 4. We discussed one particular issue Id been having with an old filling and came up with a good plan to fix it soon. 5. Checkout was a breeze, and before I knew it I was back in my car. Im pretty sure Ive found my new dentist! I would certainly recommend Dr. Hancock to any and all who are looking for a new dentist.

I would have to agree with Mr. DeYoungs comments as well. My family has been going to Dr. Hancock for probably 10 years. He is the only dentist my children have ever gone to. What can i say, he and his staff are awesome with kids and they look forward to going for check ups... definitely not the usual response from kids and dentist trips, right? Who knew. I also need to add... i dont refer friends and family to anyone unless i trust and believe in the quality of care and service they will receive... i refer EVERYONE to Dr. Hancock. They, too, will say they have had great experiences with Hancock Dental.

As much as its possible to say that you like going to the dentist, I can say that I enjoy going to see Dr. Josh at Hancock Dental Center. The staff is very friendly and the office is clean and nicely decorated. They use modern equipment and get you in and out in an efficient manner. I honestly recommend this office to anyone looking for a highly qualified and trustworthy dentist to help give you a great smile.

I by far am not a fan of Dentists at all but the staff and the Dr made me feel at ease and were wonderful!!!!!
