First off, I had not been to the dentist for probably 10 years due to dental anxiety and lack of insurance... mainly just talking myslef out of going. It was by chance that I called the extremely friendly staff and they were able to get me in at a time that fit my schedule and I made myself go to the appointment. Dr. Nathan was very understanding of "dental anxiety" or fear of going to the dentist, or whatever you want to call it. He, and his staff, were so very compassionate and it made me feel at ease. They set me up with a treatment plan, all of which was completely necessary, and didnt try to upsell me on any cosmetic stuff. I could tell right away they were there for the patient and not just for the financials! My wife has fears worse than me and she was also able to get in and felt very at ease. Now, when one of us is in for an appointment, they ask how the other spouse is doing and actually remember us, care about us and not just a "time slot". I also found out that Dr. Nathan and his wife are volunteers at the same church I volunteer at, which made me feel even more at ease. I have talked to several people that have noticed my brighter smile and have highly recommended French Family Dentistry to them. We are so glad we were able to find a compassionate, caring, and honest dental practice that we feel safe and less anxious at our appointments!!

So! You are looking forward to your next dental appointment? :-) hmmmmmm how nice....get a freaquin LIFE! :-) Looking forward to April 15th also? Nice office, yep, great state of the art digital eqp. yep, friendly people yep! ITS A DENTIST OFFICE!!!!! HOW WONDERFUL CAN THAT BE!!! See the issue to me is that I went in for a broken tooth, which the good Dr. said was absessed! Not even sure if it actually needed to come out, and no treatment for the infection? Just see ya for a "Game Plan"? What! I am going to another dentist to get the problem solved, not a complete renovation of my entire skellital structure and life style! Walked out with the same problem I walked in with,, "Thanks Doc! Toodle Loo! Don;t calln me, Ill call you! Not! This guy told me that my Insurance policy was "just like a coupon discount", thats all! Yeah, RIGHT! The more Ii think about my visit the angrier I get. Needed a dentist, got a rocket scientist/entrepreneurial opportunist ! No wonder my blood pressure was bouncing off the ceiling! Thats me, hope yours is HEAVENLY! So go ahead, FLAG ME!

I wanted a dentist that would take both me and my 14 month old daughter, since pediatric dentists have the worst hours! I found French after a quick Google search and was able to schedule both appointments on the same day. I needed a checkup/cleaning after not seeing a dentist for 1 1/2 years and my daughter needed to go for the first time ever. The entire staff was incredible as was Dr. Nathan. I felt very welcomed and very at home. They did not push any extra cosmetic dentistry and/or equipment which some dentists will do. They were very sweet to my daughter as almost the entire staff are parents. I have made my next appointment and Im very happy to have found them.

The most amazing dental experience Ive ever had. I have a huge fear of dentist so just moving to Wilmington and needing to remove my wisdom teeth was not something I wanted to do but I found french family and I was very impressed to say the least. The staff was amazing, along with Dr. Nathan, he really is the best!! If your skeptical or new to wilmington and looking for a Dentist this is where you want to go. I had went to a dentist prior to seeing Dr. Nathan and Im so glad the experience was horrible because I never would have made an appt. with Dr. Nathan. Everything from the office decor to the amazing staff was a 100%. I would HIGHLY recommend this dentist to anyone.

French Family Dentistry is the epitome of "family" dentistry. Dr. Nathan French, Dr. Shannon French and their staff cared for a family member with advanced Alzheimers Disease with great patience. Upon her passing, they sent a card to our family and flowers to her service. French Family Dentistry is my familys dentist, and always will be. They take great pride in their "family" atmosphere and it shows with every thing they do. They have cared for my youngest child to my eldest family member. I wouldnt recommend any other practice in the Wilmington area.

Im a single mom with four children. I needed a dentist willing to schedule all four appointments for check-ups on the same day, a specific day when the kids were out of school. French Family Dentistry took my call and told me they would call back the following day because they needed to see if they could work the schedule to fit all four kids in on the same day. Guess what? They called back two hours later with four appointments. This office was the only office willing to accommodate my schedule. Thanks so much.

Absolutely the nicest and most competent staff . Didnt have to wait more than 2 min. Great and easy conversation throughout procedures. Highly recommended. Have worked in the medical field for over 14 years and will easily vouch for this practice. Side note - was leaving out of town on a Wednesday for vacation, bit into hard piece of desert and broke off tooth on a Monday night.. Dr. French fit me in his schedule and stayed late to finish so I could have a "smile" while on vacation .

Dr. French and his staff are absolutely wonderful. They are kind, gracious, and professional. I have (as most have) had many difficult experiences with dentists, by contrast the work that Dr. French and his staff performed was exceptional. I have recommended French Family Dentistry to everyone I know. If you are at all nervous about going to the dentist I strongly suggest you give them a try, they will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

When I found out my dentist was retiring I was skeptical about finding another dentist in the area. I actually tried 3 before finding some amazing reviews for Dr. Nathan French and French Family Dentistry. During my consultation visit I was amazed by how comfortable Dr. French made me feel. I still dont like going to the dentist, but Dr. French makes me feel a lot better by explaining everything in detail before he begins.

Dr. Nathan is the best! After taking a lot of time with me and discussing my needs he customized a treatment plan that fit my budget and made my experience with his office a GREAT ONE! It is obvious by his demeanor that his patients needs come first! I would VERY HIGHLY recommend Dr. Nathan to anyone who seeks dental care provided by a friendly and caring professional. I am glad I found him!

What a wonderful office and team! I came in the door and was welcomed with a smile and kind words. I was then showed around the office and everyone made me feel very much at ease. Im not one that likes going to the dentist at all but I felt like family there and Dr. French has such a great way of explaining things and making it so much less stressful for me. I highly recommend them!
