I called as a new patient doing my research and hoping to get some questions answered including if they do any open house tours (They dont). Unfortunately the office staff seemed rude and uninterested in helping. Gave the impression that they thought they were too good or too busy to answer any general questions regarding their practice. Cant speak about the Dr. as we have not met him but an office staff says a lot about any practice. Exactly why we call and do our research first. They made it easy to cross them off the list.
