I called here and spoke to the front desk staff about my dog needing a surgery on her ear, and my family vet was wanting more than I could afford. The staff were very friendly and informative. I had to end up having an emergency surgery. So I brought my baby in. They were so nice and helpful. From the time I entered it was a welcoming, you werent just a paycheck. The front staff answered any questions I had. Then I dealt with technicians and they were so nice. They talked to my dog, told her, and showed her everything they were going to do before they did it, and then did it with ease. Then we saw the doctor. She was amazing. She examined my dog, was friendly and knowledgeable. When I left my baby there for surgery. I was that parent that called every little bit to check on her, and they were so kind about it, kept me in the loop on what was going on. Had same day pickup, and still had friendly service. My dog needed extra pain killers the next day because the ones werent strong enough, and there was never a problem getting her something for the pain. I just called and it was taken care of. A few days after the surgery, I get a phone call from the office, and when I answer its the vet calling me to check on how my baby was doing. I have never had anyone do that. It was a shock to me to have such a caring and passionate group of people at the vet office. Needless to say, I switched all nine of my pets from my old vet to here. Great group of people here. I would recommend them to EVERYBODY. By the way my fur baby is doing great.

DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS PLACE! I took my dog to the Spring Mills Veterinary Hospital to see what I need to do to get her fixed. Shes been scratching at it her ear for almost a week, and it look like she had blood in her eye. Well because I was Black and owned a Pitbull. The Vet told me she thinks it would be best for me to have my dog put down. (Today) Because she really didnt seem to know what going on with my dog. She also threaten to call the animal control if I didnt. (Another fee I would have had to pay) (Spring Mills Never again). As i was leaving Spring Mills Veterinary Hospital she gave me some information on other 24 hour animal hospitals. Because she didnt know what was going on with my dog. So. at 12:07am I received a call from a unknown number. (Did Not Answer) At 1:30am - 2am Animal Control is Banging on my Glass door with 2 cops also trying to take my dog. Who calls 12:07am and not leave a voice message. When I return the call I get sent to voice mail telling me the hours of operations. Are you kidding me. I will be taking legal action against you and your business. Our pets are like kids. You of all people should know that. Trying to force some one to put their dog down on the spot. The real crazy thing is I had a 3yr old kid with me. Try explaining that to them. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS PLACE! I ended up taking my dog to another vet who could explain everything to me.

Im disappointed that my friend would go to your hospital for a simple problem with his dog and instead of trying to help him, you tried to force him to put it down on the spot because its a pitbull and charge him an extra $100 even though you did nothing to try and fix the problem. Then you actually called animal services on him for no reason and they show up at 1am to try to forcefully put down his dog for no reason because of you??? He had a 3 year child in the house too, how would you appreciate someone banging on your door at 1am to try and murder your pet for no reason and then try to explain it to a child? If this is really a race issue because hes black, you shouldnt even have a business. Ridiculous

Absolutely love this vet. We first used used them to put down our dog after another local vet was less than compassionate. They were all extremely understanding, gave us time alone to discuss our options and later to say goodbye. They even wrapped her in a warm blanket. We now have three cats and take them all here. They all had to be fixed and they send you pictures when they wake up and call you the next day to make sure theyre doing okay. While they are not the cheapest in town Im willing to pay more for service where people actually care about the animal and take the time to explain whats happening and options.

When my vet recommended amputating my cats broken leg, I turned to Dr. Smith for a second opinion. She recommended that we try several weeks of cage rest before taking this drastic step. She coached, encouraged and guided us every step of the way. My cat regained good use of her leg, and we became regular patients. Dr. Smith is wonderful about explaining the care our pets need. She even offers the opportunity to watch the office cats have their teeth cleaned, since most people dont know whats involved. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. They really care about their patients, and it shows.

AWESOME AWESOME. Very well run professional organization. The staff and the Doctor genuinely care about our dogs. Prior to incurring any expense they make sure you are aware of the cost so there is no surprise when the bill comes due. We (two legged family & 4 legged family) were treated with the utmost respect. But then we also treated the people @ this practice with respect as well. Our dogs are not weapons, status symbols or tools. They are family members. The Dr. and the staff treated our dogs like they are family. Im happy to say we have a new home for our dogs medical needs.

I love this place. I have 2 pit bulls that have been coming here for 3 years now and they treat them with perfect care. My pitties are like my babies and I love how the doctor is so gentle with them. I also bring my cat here and even though they were not able to give her an exam, because my cat was being a pain, they still gave her the rabies shot and worked with me on finding a solution for my cats issues. This is the best vet in the area and I will never go anywhere else.

I take a three of my cats here and even the rabbits come in for a nail trim. Every time Ive had an appointment or picked up prescription food everyone has been friendly and helpful. The cats love Dr. Smith. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in the area. I feel that the costs of service are reasonable and competitive and while you may be able to find a cheaper clinic, you wont find one that gives better care.

I loved how friendly the staff was. The vet spent a lot of time with us and the appointment didnt feel rushed like it does with some vets. Since it was our first visit they gave us a tour of the whole hospital. There arent many places that are willing to do that. I found the prices to be very reasonable. I look forward to transferring the paperwork for our other dog over to this vet. We were very very impressed!!!
