We have been going to Crossroads Animal Hospital since it opened and have always been very pleased. All I can say for this go around is that I wish we had gotten a different doctor! We got placed with Dr.Zeni this time and our experience was anything but pleasant. Every question that we asked her she responded with "I dont know, Id have to look it up." After having checked our dog in back, AND having to have another vet help her look at him, she came back to tell us what the other doctor thought and what test she had ALREADY run. Yep! You can forget about this doc coming out to request permission to run test that dont have anything to do with what is actually wrong with the dog at the moment. But oh, thats right, this doc didnt know what was wrong with him! She just sent him home on antibiotics (without actually explaining why there were two, or when and what order to give them) and said to bring him back in a week for a possible biopsy.We will certainly be going to another vet tomorrow to find out what is going on and have him explain the meds to us ( we didnt want her to have to go to the back to look it up in her book). So if you do HAVE to go to this vet, I highly recommend asking for a different doctor!

Dr. Davis is the best vet we have ever had. We have lived in 3 states and had many vets and she is by far the best. We moved to the area after our golden retriever was diagnosed with cancer. She took the time to research her condition, talk with the specialists we used in NC and was a constant support along the way. She would get down on the floor with her every time we took her in and just gave her so much love. She came in on her day off when we had to say goodbye and cried with us. She is the only vet that will actually call you back when you call to ask a question. ALWAYS. The staff are incredible. Very thorough, organized and kind. I cant say enough about how great Dr. Davis and her staff are.

For those of us who treat pets like members of the family, its incredibly important to find a vet that you can trust. This staff fits that bill. The front desk staff is incredibly sweet and attentive. Theyve always been great when I call in, hospitable when in office and seem to really enjoy their jobs. The vet techs have always been wonderful. Patient and thorough when Ive described symptoms. They are always loving on my pets. The vets are wonderful. Dr. Davis has been our primary but Ive had experience meeting all vets on staff. These are sharp, wonderful people who I trust. I would HIGHLY recommend this practice. Dr Davis has provide this area with an option for wonderful animal care.

I simply cant say enough about the vets, staff or facilities! All three of our dogs are seen there, and weve never had anything but a "five star" experience. Weve seen Dr. Davis, Dr. Zeni and Dr. Monohan many times each, and they are thorough, friendly and routinely go above and beyond. Theyve helped us manage one dogs glaucoma successfully for several years, theyve been invaluable with another dogs anxiety issues, and they are currently being patient with the puppy as he learns how to be a nice patient.

Caring staff served my puppy Chance & I efficiently a few weeks ago. They scheduled him for our first appointment as emergency visit on the fly and treated us as though we had been regulars for years. The vet had a lively and engaging environment and the staff just adored and coddled Chane with hugs and kisses! You only get that kind of quality care from small community practices. Soo glad I found them when I did. Thank you Crossroads for everything! ❤

Dr. Davis is the kindest, most compassionate vet Ive ever met. Besides being an top notch Doctor, it is obvious how much she and her staff care about their clients (pets & owners.) Your pet will get the best care and you will not be over charged, or charged for unnecessary services or procedures. We love Crossroads Animal Hospital. Both of our dogs go there and we have seen several of the Vets. They are professional, courteous and care about you and your pet. They are very reasonably priced and are great about following up to make sure you dont have any questions and that your pet is doing well. We have had dogs for many years and seen many vets. Ive brought my Chihuahua here for an urgent care visit, dental cleaning and routine exams and the staff has always been wonderful. They are thorough, compassionate and truly care for their clients. The prices are very reasonable and they go out of their way to provide the best service to each and every client that walks through the door. Needing a checkup for my dogs recent ailments, I was able to get an appointment for the very next day. The staff was courteous, professional and treated us like we were family. By far one of the best vets Ive ever used. It was clear Dr. Davis was more interested in my pets well-being rather than just trying to soak us for money. I would definitely recommend this business to any pet owner.

Wonderful veterinary clinic! Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Ive delt with all the doctors there and they all bring something to the table. They are all great vets and treat you and your pet with kindness. They offer many services and are reasonably priced. It also helps that they are close to where I live. You cant go wrong having your pets taken care of by these folks!

These guys are fantastic:) Friendly, helpful, and most imprtantly, they care about the critters and not the cash:) Their Staff is professional and friendly and they treat you like Family. I am moving 40 miles away, and all I can say is it will be worth coming the extra distance to see these guys and have them take care of my critters. Visit them, you and your pets WILL NOT be sorry.

Erin Davis is just a fantastic vet. She was our vet for the horses prior to opening her small animal clinic, and now she sees our four dogs. The other vets at the facility are competent, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Davis is my first choice, however, particularly for any issues that are not routine. One other noteworthy comment is that the vet techs are equally as wonderful!

The staff is really friendly and the place seems clean. I wasnt a huge fan of one of the vets, who suggested my dog go on prednisone when it wasnt necessary. Also I felt like she wanted to run unnessary blood tests and stool exam on my healthy lab when I only came for his fleas. I walked away with a bill well over $300.
