I rushed my 1 1/2 year old cat, Luna(tic) to Monroe Veterinary Associates around 11:00 last night. I had used a large amount of flea shampoo and spray on her and worried that I may have accidentally poisoned her. The staff were very friendly and prompt about seeing her. As her name suggests, my little Luna(tic) put up a huge fight. The staff informed me that they would not be able to properly examine her without heavy sedation, but, said that she seemed fine (just freaked out) and gave me the option to just take her home, free of charge. I decided to skip the exam because I didnt want to traumatize her and I honestly didnt have the money. The staff gave me information on where to go for affordable medications and shots and even gave me one of their carriers to keep because mine was broken on the side. And, they were right, Luna is fine today! Shes back to her curious, playful, cuddly self! Overall, excellent service. Thank you guys so much!!!

Very disappointed in this facility. Been here over 2 hours. Have not been seen. My dog is getting worse, and all they can say is "he is not the priority, other pets are being seen with more serious illnesses" my dog has thrown up twice, will not stand now and is shaking. I know he is in pain but I feel as though they are brushing him off while they are laughing and having good time at desk. Very unprofessional! I hope I never need and emergency vet again as this is the closet to my house.......

Took my dog for emergency about a year ago or so and they did take care of my dog almost immediately, he was dehydrated. In a few hours my dog was much better and ready to go home.

They do great work. Its an emergency veterinarian service, so you must understand the premium for this excellent service available. This isnt UNICEF.
