They care more about paperwork than people. Their scheduler refused to schedule my son for a simple school physical because we did not have any documentation of previous medical exams. My son is a recent immigrant from China and apparently does not have anything besides a vaccination record, which they were provided, but this was not enough for them. How is my son supposed to build a medical history if a pediatrician refuses to provide him a physical? Thankfully I found another provider that actually cares about providing medical services to children rather than just covering their liabilities.

I could not disagree more with Mia. This is a wonderful office. You do, at times, have to leave a message. However, I am always called back within 1-2 hours and have ALWAYS received an appointment when my children need one. In fact, I have had the experience that the nurse forgot to give me a very minor paper. She went out of her way to call me even though she did not have to. The doctors and nurses here are the best. We have been coming here since my son was born almost 6 years ago. I would never go anywhere else.

Ive been with this doctors office for about a year and a half now and love all the doctors. Came over from pediatric associates which my son was a patient there for 10 years. I always felt like another number and all appointments took no less than 1 hour. I never wait that long at West Broward even when I make a sick appointment. All the office staff is nice. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone I know.

I hate this office. Just to make an apointment i have to spend 30-40 minutes on phone hold. Dream about talking to nurse or actual doctor. yet i have to admit Dr. Mizrachy is awesome. But he should start his own practice or change the staff supporting him.

The waiting times are ridiculous! I waited for 40 min for my first son to get a flu shot now Im back with my little one for a sick visit and our appt was 30 min ago! Dont mind the fact that they want the SICK child to wait naked!!!!!!
