I never thought I would ever give this low of a rating. Ive been going to Dr. Tanney since I was 2 years old and I really like him and his staff. Until this past month. When I called in on a Monday to get my prescription refilled, I had to leave a message. I told them I had two days left. I received a call back on Wednesday, telling me I had to come in to see the doctor to get my refill. No one would tell me why, until, after 3 phone calls, was told "the law has recently changed." As in, between my appointment at the end of August, to the beginning of October. I went in that Friday, because I could not drop everything in my life when they call me that same day, and I was now at two days without my medication. I had to see Diane Smith, whom I had never met before. She was extremely rude to me, and told me that I had to take a drug test there and then, which I did. No apologies about the late notice. I have never been treated so badly at any doctors office. After being a patient there for 18 years, Im actually going to be looking for another primary care physician.

Dr Tanney is the best!! He has been my doctor since I was 12 yrs old,the only doctor my children have ever seen and my husband changed over to him as well. I have also decided what type of insurance to carry based on wether or not he was on the plan. I cant say enough good thing about Dr. Tanney he listens to you, takes his time, and he really does care for his patients.
